I found that focusing on the basics(heavy compound movements) is the most important part-you’ll see a ton of convoluted information online with a bunch of science backing it, but at the end of the day if you lift heavy and eat right, you’re going to get bigger and stronger, and that’s pretty much how I operate lol! As far as supplements go I’d only recommend creatine(Allmax) and protein(Gold Standard), everything else is a bit of a waste of money imo

Hell yeah bro! Honestly I pretty much just had a full exhaust before supercharging the car-a lot gets changed with the Gerzy Bear kit so you don’t really need much else! I was thinking about maybe porting my manifold which you could do prior to the supercharger for some good gains, but in all honestly the most important things I can recommend if you don’t have it is surprisingly not performance related, but A-Spec, a good splitter kit like Artwork Bodyshop, and getting you suspension/wheel fitment dialed in-completely changes the look of the car IMO

@@NickTrelford 100% want A-Spec next, already have a tab saved for it through aeroworks because I'm struggling to find OEM A-Spec. I'll probably skip the porting and polishing, I've heard the cost isn't worth it for the little bit you'll gain. Can't wait to pop my own gerzy bear supercharger in lol, gonna be a lot of fun

Hell yeah bro!! The planted rails on Braum’s site fit perfectly as well, just a bit lower than stock and makes the seats feel very race inspired while still being daily driveable!

I remembered as I was uploading this video that I never did anything with it and nobodies been in the passenger seat since to tell me😂 I’ll find a solution this week and likely include it in the next vid

I run a 18x9.5+22 squared setup with 5mm spacers, and 225/40/18 tires and I think the fitment is perfect!

In my opinion, supercharging with the Gerzy Bear Performance Kit is the way to go because it doesn’t take any drivability away from the car-it fits super nicely and is almost like an OEM upgrade, and it has been done and revised so many times that it is really well sorted out. Turbo charging is going to require a lot more custom fab work, but it’s definitely an awesome option! My buddy “The LifeStyle” on YT is doing a turbo build on his super clean Type-S💪

I think up to 500whp is doable on stock internals, but between the 400-450whp mark if you’re looking to daily drive it just to keep it safe IMO!
