“I’m glad he admitted he can’t act bcuz its true” 🤣 Ice T had a really good story about getting his record contract. The label said, “We need to hear your music first” Ice T said, “Look, If I sold hand grenades, I’m not gunna let you throw one until I get my money” The label said “You have good business sense, where do you get it from?” Ice T with much confidence, “I used to sell hand grenades” 🤷‍♂️ Of course I’m paraphrasing and I’m pretty sure the documentary thats interview is from is mentioned in this video essay. This whole video is amazing btw. So much great info but it doesnt feel too dense 🔥

its so sad to me when black women continue to give black men the benefit of the doubt and make excuses for their sexism. its pathetic. you try so hard to protect these men that hate you from racism, they don't care about you in terms of race they only care that you are a submissive woman. males of all races are sexist, why because of their race struggle do they get away with their blatant outward sexism towards white and black girls? why do you not scold them like you do white men in other videos? awe he got abused therefore it makes sense that he beats and rapes women? nah f off

my mom never showered she used to take what she called bird baths.. she always had an odor about her, till this day i dont understand why she always had poor hygiene, and as i got older and dating it was mostly the Black girls that i dated that had the real pungent odor compared to White, Asian and Hispanic girls.. i am thinking in a lot of Black households mothers arent teaching their daughters about proper hygiene and care of their bodies or they are teaching them old Black Southern shit from back in the Jim Crow days🤷🏾‍♂️

i'm gen z, born n raised in tennessee w family from even further south. as a kid i would def say african american bc ive never denied my ancestry, but it wasn't a time where i would've included myself among a general Black populous or identity bc where i grew up there were most of us...now at 22 i def use black american bc it's more pluralistic n i see v little difference in our treatment within america even if u are from another part of the diaspora. but these days ill take it either way as long as they're not tryna exclude other black diasporas

This was a great series! But sources should always be public for viewers to be allowed to properly check and critically analyze your work!
@IntelexualMedia
@IntelexualMedia 2 күн бұрын
@@tori2373 no. If you can’t afford $1 to view the source list you’ll break down in tears when you see that most of the sources I list are themselves behind a paywall or cost $100+ to access. I pay those fees. I don’t do this work for free and KZbin likes to demonetize my videos. You are also welcome to do your own research (for free) and then come back and critique. But I won’t be homeless for you or anybody else
@IntelexualMedia
@IntelexualMedia 2 күн бұрын
@@tori2373 additionally, I’ve spent over $15,000 producing this series by myself (except for video editors)… , if you or anybody else has a problem paying $1 for my labor that’s got nothing to do with me

STD's should be stigmatized. It was why they weren't common in the first place. It wasn't acceptable to have an STD. If it becomes normalized then stupid people won't care enough to prevent it.
