In this breathing tutorial, you'll learn ujjayi pranayama, or victorious breath! This breath is paired with vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, and forrest yoga. This yoga breathing technique oxygenates the blood, focuses the mind, and prepares the body for moment. Because of the sound is makes, this pranayama is sometimes called ocean breath. Like the ocean, this breathing is powerful and can fuel a strong yoga practice.

Ujjayi breath is taught exhaled through the nose, in traditional Hatha. This must be specific to forest yoga?

Yoga is not exercise or mind practice. Yoga is connection between God and human. This exercise or pranayama is only preparation for real yoga.
