I’m in so much confusion rn. I started seeing this girl and I was starting to fall for her and she started to fall for me, we had so much trust. It was going a little fast for both of our comfort but I was enjoying it, the shared values and connection made me rationalize it as okay. Anyway, she invited me over last minute one day and then ignored my reply coordinating specifics. Then I didn’t hear from her the next day too so I got worried about her safety (little ptsd from something that happened in one of my previous relationships) I might have slightly over texted over the next few days, but nothing too major, and then she missed our next scheduled date, and texted me apologizing and explaining some personal stuff that came up in her life, and with what she said I totally get why she was silent and missed the date. She indicated her wanting to give me space if I needed it and that she doesn’t want to accidentally hurt me by leaving me hanging. I affirm her that it was okay and not to worry and that ill give her space if she wants, and will listen if she wants. She texts me the next day that she’ll respond soon… I followed up 5 days later with a short affirmation of giving her space while letting her know she’s on my mind. It’s been two weeks since the initial space now and I don’t know where we’re at or if we’re still a thing. We were very new, but everything felt so right to the both of us before all this happened. I want to support her and show up how she needs. I was just starting to learn how to.

My German grandmother doesn’t like when people lie to make people feel happy or better about themselves. She will straight up scold you for lying to someone just to make them feel better. She sees it as long-term damage for short term happiness, feeding into someone’s delusion can develop into terrible habits not only for that individual person, but for the whole population.

Catholic school, 8th grade we had a prompt where we had to come up with goals for high school. Ill never forget my classmate, who's biggest goal was to "not get pregnant". I just remember feeling sad for her...

9:01 please don't use termin Caucasian as mentioning just white race Caucasian is actually a nationality.... White people started to use this term falsely due to one German doctor(ofc wwII) who used a skull of 16 y.o Caucasian girl in matter of showing right proportions of skull and calling it perfect If you made a video about importance of understanding the cultural differences and importance to keep your features please don't use such terms wrong🙏

I agree mostly except the cooking part. I want a wife who can cook because I can cook, if my wife gets sick I can cook good food for sure. And I want her to do the same thing for me if I get sick. And wh0r3s can be applied both ways.

It does happen a lot but many also became dental assistant ect. Not all are mean girls but it’s extremely common I see the mean girls I knew in these positions now. I hate when I hear “hey I remember you” I’m always thinking “please don’t remember me you gave me hell.” Not all are still mean though but some are. 🤣

They can’t even blame being ugly on their lack of success. It’s purely the way they carry themselves. Just be likeable or something man. I’m ugly. But I’m funny. Worked out for me.

the pipeline is real, but those people tend to be stuck in less than desirable positions like nursing homes, but unfortunatly those facilities are also the worst for just letting people get away with literal abuse

I don't think people get hated on for being popular as much as for being overexposed to people who don't enjoy or even know the work. Like, clips of Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo being their cringe theatre kid selves is going to annoy people when it's divested from the film. You're a youtuber, people don't really have to see you, and depending on the algorithm they might never see you at all. And if your acting career takes off hard, you can keep your head out of your tuchus and hire a decent publicist.

okay I'm in China and one of the funniest things when I first moved here was that in the second grade english textbook the english practice was stuff like "are you fat?" "yes you are" and not even in the purposefully fat-shaming way just really in the "the sky is blue, grass is green and you are fat" There's also just an eating disorder culture here all around, I know friends (and their mothers) who will just skip days of meals in a row to lose weight, like if you go to a family gathering one of the first things you here is "you've gained weight!" or "You're skinner that looks good on you"

I was just thinking about how much the 2000s tv shows were obsessed with teen pregnancy because I was watching one tree hill and this plot was used at least three times (being real or not) and I am not even in the middle of the series
