Today was supposed to be my rest day. But woke up early and kids still sleeping. So decided to do it. My body was still sore from yesterday Kaykay workout ...But pushed my self and now feeling sooooooooo goooooooood. Thank you Kaykay. My watch shows 4474 steps 😄 I was as active as you for sure 😂

Kay Kay, I loved this cardio workout so much! I do mostly strength training throughout the week, but I always devote at least one day for pure cardio. I loved all the moves, my HR was up throughout, and I got so sweaty! 🔥😅 I feel so invigorated, and ready to start my day now! This workout is going in my "cardio fav's" folder to come back to again! ❤

Also erstmal Respekt wieder für dieses geniale workout liebe Katrin du hast nicht zu viel versprochen… habe es nach der Arbeit heute so gebraucht mich auszupowern nur gesessen… es tat so so gut und es hat so Spaß gebracht ❤ Prozente 79-85% das Lied war sagen wir mal so nicht so passend für Fun Stepps fand ich aber das ist ja wie immer Geschmacksache.😅aber Thema matte ich bin soooo glücklich deine matte zu haben breite ist perfekt für solche Stepps und es bringt Spaß weil man endlich keine Angst mehr haben muss hin zu fliegen… es ist die beste Investition die ich je gemacht habe ❤ wirklich! Danke für die Rettung meines Arbeitstages für deinen Mehrwert für deine Mühe 🎉❤❤❤ danke vom Herzen 💕
