I like you so much speaking Italian (my mother tongue) and I think you are amazing. And you seem happy when you speak Arabic. Whenever I hear Hebrew though I cannot hear the same energy. I think when you are saying "what are you doing" you are using the bi-imperfect tense of the verb عمل so it would be بْتَعْمَل
