Does sucralose kick you out of keto? Does it raise blood sugar levels? There's conflicting information online.

I recently went 2 months carnivore. My short term memory improved. My overall mental health and stability greatly improved. Lost no muscle mass Lost some weight. Slept better. No gas or bloat. Or stomach pain. Energy was consistent throughout my work day, Even after lunch. Yeah. I just felt relly good -all the time. Going back to full time carnivore. Its the lifestyle for me! 😊

I have great success with keto. Lost over 40 lbs on it. Started playing with carnivore, felt good initially. But after a few months I felt not good. Energy went way down, started feeling clumsy and felt like I was gonna have a heart attack with pain around my heart . Fuck that noise. Plus… the constant sugar cravings were insane

Dairy increases post prandial satiety and improves blood glucose. It might not be THE tool, but it could be a useful one.

Dr. Mercola has done more to promote and popularize the ketogenic diet than anybody. He now says he was wrong all along and that his keto diet ruined his health! He warns that you have a 30% greater risk of dying on a ketogenic diet! Oops…

I really do wonder if it’s about sugar. I think sugar makes me feel horrible even though I love it. it makes me have restless leg syndrome. It irritates my mood. I don’t have a mental illness, but I believe that sugar is that bad for us. So naturally, it would be far worse for someone with mental illness.

I want to sign up to Dave’s test team. How can I do that? I’m 64, high LDL 300-400, HDL 80. Triglycerides 100. CAC 16. My doctor pushed me to take statin. Now on statin 10mg. And my hands suffered arthritis. I really want to get rid of statins.

Mid 40’s, work out five days a week and walk about 10,000 steps a day and been carnivore for about two years. My CAC test last year was 108 and now this year it’s 168. I don’t know why it’s going up. I am definitely concerned.

Should individuals with a history of high cholesterol, high LDL, should get tested for carotid artery blockages and undergo CAC scans if their lipid levels are abnormal, as recommended by the CDC? Or statins is the only treatment without diagnostics.

Remember even the Dalai Lama eats meat for his health. "In 1999, it was published that the Dalai Lama would only be vegetarian every other day and partakes of meat regularly.[29] When he is in Dharamsala, he is vegetarian, but not necessarily when he is outside Dharamsala."

All red meats aren’t created equal. Grain/soy fed cows are heavy in Omega-6s and lectins. That will cause inflammation. Eat beef from pasture raised / grass fed cows.
