My intent is “introspective healing”. Had a close call yesterday with taking too much ADHD meds and had a full blown panic attack and thought my heart was going to explode out of my chest it was beating so fast. My hands were numb, I was short of breath, light headed. I was freaking out pleading to God and the universe to keep me alive and that I’ve learned my lesson to stop abusing these meds. So my intent to is introspective healing. Sometimes it takes the fear of God in you to make change.

Although a yoga instructor who practices daily, it took some doing to incorporate a morning practice into my busy morning. But now, I can’t imagine starting my day without 10-minutes with Kassandra. I appreciate and love the variety of 10-minute morning classes offered- they are all great; however, I do find myself returning to this particular yoga stretch quite often.

My word today was "authenticity". As I'm really good at analysing the mind, I always thought I know exactly how I feel and why, all the time. But yesterday I was made aware, that when I talk about how I feel, it seems more analytic than authentic. That made me realize, that through this analytic process of my feeling, I often times miss to really feel them and I miss to really listen to my feelings and what they actually want to tell me, because I'm just too involved with what I think I should be feeling because of the given situation.

Kassandra, if I may make a request; whichever side you start out facing, if the movements which require facing the long sides of the mats were done in the order of you facing away from the camera *first*, so that people following along at home are facing *towards* the screen, and then when you do the second side you're facing the camera but people at home are facing away from the screen, that would be super helpful. That way we could see the screen and grasp the movement on the first side, without having to either twist around to look at the screen or try to guess from verbal cues only or reverse the lefts and rights in our heads to keep facing the screen. Then when we do the second side facing away, we'd already be familiar with the movements. Thank you
