If anyone is wondering if this works, it 100% does. I was doing a bunch of other back workouts that weren’t working for me. But this one has completely gotten rid of my bra buldge and has made my back way slimmer and toned. Thank you emi. Your workouts are my favorite !

If you’re scrolling thru the comments to see if it works - it definitely does. I used to have a huge rolls on my back since idk when, but when I started to do this workout (about 2 weeks ago) everything changed. I feel that my back muscles are stronger now. And also all my jeans and skirts started to look better on me because of my back fat which’s gone

This is the only workout that’s ever helped my lose my back for real. I’m a good size and have a good body but my back has always been huge I never wore anything tight, I started doing these and my whole back has changed shape and I wear anything I want now I’m so thankful, it takes a while to rlly be able to change the whole back and remove the stubborn fat but this does the trick

@@luminereid487 you should try it! emi's workouts are so effective and i have by far lost more than 10 kgs with her workouts but recently because of ramadan and our religious festival i didn't workout and had a bad diet and gained 4 kgs so i recently started her full body program she just uploaded a few weeks back and now i lost 1kg in a week! Yes that's how effective her workouts are! You should try it

Make sure you’re also changing your diet, for maximum results! For me I’ve stop drinking soda and the only juice I drink is cranberry(it takes me a week to finish a 64oz bottle of it)

This is by far one of the best, if not the best back workouts I’ve come across. The other back workouts I’ve seen are either combined with arms or aren’t hardcore enough. These workouts BURN and that’s how I know they’re effective.

Last day of my 4week challenge.... I am so proud of myself for achieving this....earlier i would always quit as i reached half of the 20min hiit.... But now i cant believe i just did it...... I feel so powerful and results are visible.... My body is so toned now..... And my core strength has improved sooo much...... To everyone who is doing this... @@queencamaisa4571 you won’t gain muscle, you’ll loose it if you just simple follow the routine. If you do the exercises with weights then yeah maybe you’ll gain muscle. I had like quite a lot of fat around my upper body. Like the arms and the back and armpit area. It’s safe to say, and thankfully, after doing her 20 days program, I lost it all. A little bit is still there, which I’m sure I’ll loose if I do it again, but it’s not that much and not visible. So it’s a 10/10 recommended program. And NO YOU WONT GAIN IT BACK ONCE YOU STOP DOING IT. I can vouch for that. I haven’t done it in two months now and i haven’t gain the fat back

Will do it for 20 days now. I started yesterday :) Day 1: Done. It was good and not too hard. (I'm also doing some other workout challenges) Day 2: Good, added some extra weights. Day 3: ✅ Day 4:Done. @@juliaarmbrust hii I actually do see some differences now since I don’t do measurements I didn’t really notice until I tried on this long sleeve tank top the other day and I remember when I first wore it It was tighter around my arms shoulders and back but now it was looser around my shoulders and arms making it fit better in the back. I was so surprised because i also have broad shoulders. I felt good and more confident. When I was looking at the window reflections at school or when I was walking there and back home I saw that my arms and back were definitely slimming down (I’m doing arm workouts + I’m walking to school and home most days) so i am definitely gonna keep doing this for the whole may as well now because I do still have some back rolls they aren’t fully gone yet. Overall I’m really happy with my progress so far !

It’s nice to see that in the comments it has worked for many. My back and arms has always been quite big. Just started this today and managed to pull through. Just completed this workout and boy my back is aching like crazy! Day 1 done :) Day 2 done :) the second video link was a KILLER.... Day 3 and 4 done tgt to compensate ytd's absence... Day 5 done :) sweating like crazy, Pushup hold is the worst ever.... Day 6 done :) Full body workout is tough! Day 7, 8 , 9 done :) Day 10 done :) Feeling crazy exhausted today.... ... and i completed Day 20! Thanks Emi for accompanying me this 20 days... although i did stopped and rest for a day or two in between. But i did it all in the end :):):) No pain no gain!

My goal: To be and feel healthier, and to develop discipline in following through with my plans! Day 1: Couldn't hold the position for some of the poses.. So tired. Day 2: Just did one of Emi's ab workout before this. Am so tired!! Tried my best and held the poses for as long as I could! Day 3: Finished the workout!
