If anyone is wondering if this works, it 100% does. I was doing a bunch of other back workouts that weren’t working for me. But this one has completely gotten rid of my bra buldge and has made my back way slimmer and toned. Thank you emi. Your workouts are my favorite !

If you’re scrolling thru the comments to see if it works - it definitely does. I used to have a huge rolls on my back since idk when, but when I started to do this workout (about 2 weeks ago) everything changed. I feel that my back muscles are stronger now. And also all my jeans and skirts started to look better on me because of my back fat which’s gone

Hey Emi, I just wanted to thank you as I’ve lost weight (7 pounds) when I’m already a healthy weight and I’ve turned it to muscle. This is the only workout that’s ever helped my lose my back for real. I’m a good size and have a good body but my back has always been huge I never wore anything tight, I started doing these and my whole back has changed shape and I wear anything I want now I’m so thankful, it takes a while to rlly be able to change the whole back and remove the stubborn fat but this does the trick

@@luminereid487 you should try it! emi's workouts are so effective and i have by far lost more than 10 kgs with her workouts but recently because of ramadan and our religious festival i didn't workout and had a bad diet and gained 4 kgs so i recently started her full body program she just uploaded a few weeks back and now i lost 1kg in a week! Yes that's how effective her workouts are! You should try it

Day 27 done!!! I started the 4-week challenge because of all the cookies and chocolates I gorged on during Christmas 😭 this program definitely works and I feel and move so much better than my Day 1 self. Thank you Emi!!!

I always give up but this time i'll reach my goal with eating clean and for sure with Emi's workoutsss!!! Make sure you’re also changing your diet, for maximum results! For me I’ve stop drinking soda and the only juice I drink is cranberry(it takes me a week to finish a 64oz bottle of it)

This is by far one of the best, if not the best back workouts I’ve come across. The other back workouts I’ve seen are either combined with arms or aren’t hardcore enough. These workouts BURN and that’s how I know they’re effective.

Last day of my 4week challenge.... I am so proud of myself for achieving this....earlier i would always quit as i reached half of the 20min hiit.... But now i cant believe i just did it...... I feel so powerful and results are visible.... My body is so toned now..... And my core strength has improved sooo much...... To everyone who is doing this... Keep doing it you are gonna feel amazing at the end.....

@@queencamaisa4571 you won’t gain muscle, you’ll loose it if you just simple follow the routine. If you do the exercises with weights then yeah maybe you’ll gain muscle. I had like quite a lot of fat around my upper body. Like the arms and the back and armpit area. It’s safe to say, and thankfully, after doing her 20 days program, I lost it all. A little bit is still there, which I’m sure I’ll loose if I do it again, but it’s not that much and not visible. So it’s a 10/10 recommended program. And NO YOU WONT GAIN IT BACK ONCE YOU STOP DOING IT. I can vouch for that. I haven’t done it in two months now and i haven’t gain the fat back

Will do it for 20 days now. I started yesterday :) Day 1: Done. It was good and not too hard. (I'm also doing some other workout challenges) Day 2: Good, added some extra weights. Day 3: ✅ Day 4:Done. I restarted the workout after 3 minutes because I decided to add some more weights :) Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7:✅ Day 8:✅ Day 9:✅ Day 10:✅ Halfway through :D Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ Day 15:✅ Day 16:✅ Day 17:✅ Day 18:✅ Day 19:✅ Day 20:✅ Done 💪😊

Doing this workout for a month (Until May 7th) along with other workouts and will try my best to be consistent so I can loose my arm n back fat they are my insecurities Day 1: ✅ Day 2: i felt really sick and I had a headache so I took a rest day but my back and upper arms were sore so the workout is working Day 3: ✅ head wasn’t hurting so I push through and I’m back on doing it again Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: rest day Day 8: rest day Day 9: rest day Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: rest day Day 14: rest day Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: brothers bday so rest day Day 18: gettin back home rest day Day 19: too tired from school rest day Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Day 24: had to get my hair done rest day Day 25: my bf called then I forgot n went to sleep rest day Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ Day 28: ✅ Day 29: ✅ Day 30: ✅ Day 31: ✅ It is may 7th I actually stayed consistent this month and I have seen differences my arms and back they are getting slimmer the rolls on my back are fading away so I will officially stop updating June 10th since I am trying to reach a slimmer upper body for my birthday my comments help me remember and keep track

@@juliaarmbrust hii I actually do see some differences now since I don’t do measurements I didn’t really notice until I tried on this long sleeve tank top the other day and I remember when I first wore it It was tighter around my arms shoulders and back but now it was looser around my shoulders and arms making it fit better in the back. I was so surprised because i also have broad shoulders. I felt good and more confident. When I was looking at the window reflections at school or when I was walking there and back home I saw that my arms and back were definitely slimming down (I’m doing arm workouts + I’m walking to school and home most days) so i am definitely gonna keep doing this for the whole may as well now because I do still have some back rolls they aren’t fully gone yet. Overall I’m really happy with my progress so far !

Yay!!! I completed 4 weeks challenge. Lost 1.5 kg in the entire process. I feel so much stronger now. I can do burpees, Planks and lunges(happy dance). Thank you Emi ❤. I plan to start the challenge again. I am addicted to this.

I'll update everyday Measurement: Right:12.2" Left:12.3" Day1:✅it was hard took alot of breaks Day2:✅I'm getting used to the exersises Day3:✅ can do the movements better Day4:✅ Day5:✅ Day6:✅ Day7:✅(rest day) Day8:✅ Day9:✅ Day10:✅ halfway done 10 more days to go!!! It’s nice to see that in the comments it has worked for many. My back and arms has always been quite big. Just started this today and managed to pull through. I foresee myself being able to do this everyday :) I pair this along with a HIIT/cardio workout to burn some fat. Hoping to gain consistency 💪🏻🔥

Love this workout very effective. The key is to stay consistent. I know what it is like to feel uncomfortable in my own skin. But keep pushing. You can do alot more than you think you can.

I have tried different workouts to get slimmer back and shoulders before but nothing worked for me. But this, it really did work. It has been around 3 weeks since I started this workout and I already see the result. Thank you so much for the amazing workout video❤️

Just completed this workout and boy my back is aching like crazy! Day 1 done :) Day 2 done :) the second video link was a KILLER.... Day 3 and 4 done tgt to compensate ytd's absence... Day 5 done :) sweating like crazy, Pushup hold is the worst ever.... Day 6 done :) Full body workout is tough! Day 7, 8 , 9 done :) Day 10 done :) Feeling crazy exhausted today.... ... and i completed Day 20! Thanks Emi for accompanying me this 20 days... although i did stopped and rest for a day or two in between. But i did it all in the end :):):) No pain no gain!

My goal: To be and feel healthier, and to develop discipline in following through with my plans! Day 1: Couldn't hold the position for some of the poses.. So tired. Day 2: Just did one of Emi's ab workout before this. Am so tired!! Tried my best and held the poses for as long as I could! Day 3: Finished the workout!
