@@allispoems omg same my cousin was a bit sick when she was younger so now she is super skinny and I just feel so insecure cuz her legs are so slim and mine aren't :( and I hate wearing cloth that show my body so I just wear hoodies and sweatpants or something like my upper body is okay and good but then my thighs are like (. ) (.) sorry if I'm ranting to much I just don't have anyone to talk to about this :(

Its REALLY works guys ! I’ve been doing this EVERY single day since January (now we are in March) and I already lose 33 pounds ( 15 kg), in addition to that I stopped soda, sweets etc... I eat normally but I have a cheat meal once a week ( a burger, hot dog or some French fries). My legs are definitely slimmer, I can wear shorts now, without having my thighs saying hello to each other. I feel so much better in my skin and I hope it’s will be the case for all of you ! Don’t lose hope 💕

the first few days were pretty hard but i started this around may 24-25 of 2024, i’ve been doing it every day since then. today is july 22nd 2024 ive went from 128-> to now 110! i did other things like high intensity dancing and an accidental calorie defecit as i began to take adhd medication which has low appetite as a side effect, but still with this workout i was able to keep my muscle definition throughout it all! thank you so much my life has changed :)

20 days results: Before - After Left thigh - 71 cm to 67 cm Right thigh - 71 to to 66,5 cm Both calves - 45 cm to 43 cm Booty - 121 cm to 116,5 cm (Holy sh... !) It works! Edit: thank you so much for the comments. I am 176 cm tall, did this excercise once a day for the first 10 days and made it twice in the last 10 days. I also did Emi's inner thigh excercise in a total of maybe 5-7 times, whenever I felt like it. I didn't really change my diet, just made sure I wasn't eating junk food and carbs after 5 PM, drank plenty of water and thats it. To everyone reading this: YOU GOT THIS! JUST KEEP GOING! CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

Doing this for all of January! My thighs are ~60 cm at 125 lbs and 5"5 Day 1(yesterday): very hard. I did cardio before, but surprisingly, fine Day 2: Hungover, but still went to do it, my hamstrings are HURTING Day 3: Paired it with a 7k run, pace of 5'5 min per km, very exhausted (obviously), but very proud too, hoping I don't get sick!! Day 4: Done, spent the day at home recovering, and only went on a tiny mile walk Day 5: I was ice skating and did it! Day 6: Spent the day with a friend and felt horrible for not doing it Day 7: Doing double to compensate for yesterday! Day 8: Prepared for school, so no workout! Day 9: Did it. It's a lot easier than in the beginning!! Day 10: School was just too much Day 11: Did it and an abs workout! Day 12: Again, school. I was just SO tired 😕 Day 13: Went on an 18 km bike ride, stretched, and abs workout! Okay, so, little update it's been very stressful because of school. BUT I did it today, and honestly, it felt a little harder. What I'm doing is staying active by walking or cycling,however, now I'll do it again. I'm going to measure on February 1st to see the difference as I feel I've not been consistent enough until now! Day 14: Done! Oh my god, my ass is sore, but I skipped a few breaks, which made it very intense Day 15: I skipped it Day 16: Did it and it was a really good feeling Day 17: Did it! Day 18: Done. It's a lot easier and the stretching has made me so much more flexible! I feel a lot stronger too. just feel a lot more comfortable in my body SO it's February 1st, which means it's time for an update: my thighs are about 4cm smaller, I feel a little better in my body, and I think I'll go on doing it from time to time, or for a few weeks at a time. Remember to stretch to avoid bulking. Good luck to everyone 🍀

Okay so I'm going to share my detailed progress of the last two months. I have been following this particular leg workout and a full body cardio workout of ten minutes on alternate days, five to six days a week plus hundred jumping jacks and some yoga and I have started doing twenty minutes of cardio and the rest the same as earlier for the last couple of weeks. I have seen considerable changes in my calf muscles but not much in my thigh muscles. I was already in a pretty good shape and I naturally have slim thick body type so I just wanted to have slimmer legs. I've always been physically active but the last couple of years. So it was like coming into the habit again. I was very regular with my workout, I've taken a rest for the last three days as I'm under the weather, going to restart as soon as I regain strength. I must say, after devoting my evenings to workout, I've started seeing changes in my mindset and overall well being. I feel happier and healthier. Workout hour has become my happiest hour of the day. I've promised myself that no matter whether I feel over the moon or I feel blue, I'm always going to prioritise my physical and ultimately my mental fitness. Feeling good about yourself is much more important than losing weight and appealing others. I'd recommend every single person on this earth to look after their health irrespective of your age, weight or anything which bothers you. Start eating good food, do spend time with your loved ones and believe me you'll start feeling confident and beautiful. And most importantly, never forget to love yourself. ❤❤

Heyyyy, I’m trying this for 3 weeks! Left leg: 53 cm Right leg: 54 cm 🌼 Day 1: ✅ It wasn’t that hard, my legs hurt tho, the last few exercises were very hard. I enjoyed this workout, exited how it goes tomorrow :) 🌼 Day 2: ✅ My legs hurt from yesterday but I’m not lying when I say I really enjoy doing this workout, it’s not that hard, but also a really nice exercise and the time did also go bye so fast!! 🌼 Day 3: ✅ Doneee yay, loved it! 🌼 Day 4: ✅ I’m really getting used to this haha😄 🌼 Day 5: ✅ Done :) 🌼 Day 6: ✅ Done, workout was really good today😊 🌼 Day 7: ✅ One week, everyone!!! Mid results: Left leg: 53 cm Right leg: 53,5 cm So nothing much changed, but it’s just been week so I’m not surprised 😅 🌼 Day 8: ✅ 11.11 Didn’t felt motivated enough today, sometimes that’s the case, I’m gonna keep going tomorrow:) 🌼 Day 9: ✅ donee yay, felt so good, I sat the whole day because I was watching tv in the morning (ski Weltcup, does anyone else watch this? 😂) and then went studying math for the rest of the day 😭 🌼 Day 10: ✅ I’m early today haha, I’m writing a math exam tomorrow so yeah I need to study now, so I did it right after coming home. Wish me good luck everyone 😭 Hey, I’ve decided to take short break, since I’m in a very big exam phase right now, until the week before Christmas. I did this workout when I had time left, apart from studying, and I’m still enjoying it, I definitely recommend it, to try it out!

@@leilazamani4711 I had a balanced diet a salad in one hand and a cookie in the other. If you want to get the results a bit earlier I recommend you eat something healthy for breakfast and lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner. Scheduling when you eat is also good too. Doing this for 20 days: Day 1: felt a huge burn in legs , had to take a few extra breaks Day 2: felt the biggest burn in the begging, lost motivation at the end and kept stopping but pushed threw Day 3: didn’t stop at all, very proud of myself! Day 4: was so sick that i couldn’t get out of bed, will continue tomorrow if im better Day 4: had horrible neck pain from sleeping but still did it, felt small burn in legs Day 5: did the whole video without stopping, burn in legs! Day 6: best ive ever done, did whole video and felt HUGE BURN! Day 7: I don’t see any difference in my legs. This week I’m going to be in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water. Day 8: Failed calorie deficit, hopefully tomorrow will be better! Completed the workout no breaks.

Day 1:felt a lot of burn it hurt. Day 2: The burn in my legs was less painful than day 1. Day 3: felt a burn the Same as always. Day 4: I was recovering from the workout. Day 5: also recovering. Day 6: I did the workout and there is a gap forming in between my thigh Will update soon!

It’s harder for me to lose fat on my thighs especially. I used this workout mainly to lose thigh fat btw! Note: I did do other workouts additionally to this! My diet for the first week was normal. But the second week I tried to drink water only instead of any dairy or juice. I also ate veggies and fruits as snacks instead of junk food. Comment or like to remind me to update! Day 1 [2/5/24] ✅ Day 2 [3/5/23] ✅ I'm deaddd 😭 Day 3 [4/5/24] ✅ I CAN'TTTT 😭😭 Day 4 [5/5/24] ✅ Getting a hang of it but still can't do the squats in one go 😭 Day 5 [6/5/24] ✅ proud of myself 😊 Day 6 [7/5/24] ✅ Can hold the squats for longer 👏🏻👏🏻 Day 7 [8/5/24] ✅ Did it TWICEE ☺️and died 💀 Day 8 [9/24] ✅ Can do the last sumo squat in one go, and I think my inner thighs have slimmed a bit 😚 Day 9 [10/5/24] ✅ GUYSsss actually, today I wore a jeans and me and my mom think my thighs have slimmed down and it's also slightly toned !!!! Day 10 [11/5/24] ✅ Did this 2 times and 4 other workout and stretches ✨ Which means I nearly worked out for 50+ minutes Day 11 [12/5/24] ✅ Done 2x Day 12 [13/5/24] ✅ Did it only once since I was tired, but made up for it with a 10 min Abs workout and 20 min stretches 14/5/24 :- Guys, I'm going to my grandparents house for a 2 - 3 weeks and tgere I get no privacy 🙃 That's why, I won't be able to do these exercises anymore until I come back home But I'll continue doing it once I come back and update ☺️ 28/6/24 :- Hey everyone! So I came back from my grandparents house on 3/6/24 But I couldn't update due to personal issues. Actually, after returning from my vacations I only did this workout 2 - 3 times and stopped doing it . Because I REALISED that I only wanted my thighs to be SLIM because they are the only fatty part of my legs and the rest is fine . But this workout was slimming down my whole leg . Also, during my vacations you can say I did physical exercise daily which is not normal for me to do. But here are the results I have gotten and my diet after doing it for approximately 15 days:- So, my thighs were TONED more than enough according to my training period, and I could definitely see that my whole lower body had gotten slimmer . I didn't change my diet at all ! I ate whatever I craved and as much as I wanted . I also ate junk food often . I would say that my overall results were VERY GOOD ! If you wanna work on your lower body part then you should definitely go for this . BUT, just because I stopped doing this workout DOES NOT mean I quit my goals I'm now doing Emi's "15 DAYS SLIM INNER THIGHS CHALLENGE" which currently has 26M views . After doing it for a few days my inner thighs have gotten slimmer. But during the first few days, my whole body was sore and I felt very tired IDK if it's because of this workout or not because I was also overworking myself at that time . Although I can't do the new workout 😅everyday due to extreme school work but I still try to do it whenever I can .

Let's do this Left thigh: 60cm -> 57cm Right thigh: 59.5cm -> 56cm Both calves: 39cm -> 38cm Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (A little too easy, so I added light weights), went for a 2h hike later + some hip hop tabata in the evening Day 3: ✅✅ + 2h walk, hip hop tabata and kickboxing Day 4: ✅ + kickboxing and hip hop. Starting today, I'm going to add Emi's slim leg stretch to improve results. I do feel like my legs toned up a little and they definitely feel stronger already. Day 5: ✅✅ + some dancing ^^ Day 6: Too lazy, did a 5min WO twice instead, turned out to be even more difficult😂 Loved the burn, I'll add it to my routine... Day 7: ✅✅ New measurements: Left thigh: 59.5cm (-0.5) Right thigh: 58.5cm (-1) Both calves: 39cm Day 8: ❌ Went for a 2h walk Day 9: ✅ + some dancing Day 10: ✅ (half of the challenge done woohoo😂) + 2h walk and dancing (Adriene's Yoga Challenge is starting today, so I'll add that to my routine and maybe don't do the stretches anymore) Day 11: ❌ My legs needed a rest day Day 12: ✅✅ + yoga and a walk Day 13: ✅ + 30min leg burn by Lilly Sabri (yeah pretty sure I died) Day 14: ✅ + walk and HIIT New measurements: Left thigh: 59cm (-0.5) Right thigh: 58cm (-0.5) Both calves: 38.5 (-0.5) Day 15: ❌ Active rest day Day 16: ✅ (added resistance bands) + Pilates Day 17: ✅✅ + looong walk Day 18: ✅✅ + 2h walk Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ + 30min cardio Final measurements: Left thigh: 57cm Right thigh: 56 cm Both calves: 38cm I am super proud of me for not giving up and I'm very happy with the results, my legs are a lot more toned and I feel better after the workouts. However, it got a little boring repeating the same exercise for 20 days and it became too easy pretty quickly (I've already been doing workouts before). I think I'll move over to Lilly Sabri now, her workouts are super difficult and I love it. If you're that person that I was 20 days ago, scrolling through the comments and looking for results: It works, but only if you actually do it. So get your mat and commit to 20 days, you can do it! Maybe keep track in the comments, if it wasn't for the support of you guys, I might as well have stopped on day 6. ❤️

It isn't a huge difference, but it's a good exercise. I didn’t change my diet at all, nor did I do any other exercises.

Let's see if I can do this for a month Day 1: Since I was already used to exercising, I did two repetitions. There is no burning in my legs. Day 2: I repeated it twice, my legs are a little sore but that's not a problem. Day3: I repeated it twice again Day 4: My legs were a little sore but they don't hurt anymore, I think I'll see the effects soon Day 5: I did two repetitions as usual, I slowly started to see the effect and now I repeat the movements I like four times a day. Day 6: I continue to do it. Tomorrow I will weigh myself and check if I have lost weight. Day 7: I was sick Day 8: I did what I didn't do yesterday, it was difficult to repeat 4 times, but I managed, I plan to do 4 repetitions tomorrow. Day 9: I did four reps today and I'm in pain. I was also going to weigh myself today, but the possibility of not losing weight scared me, so I will weigh myself on the 14th day. If I don't get results, I will stop doing these exercises. Day 10: I did my exercise as usual. I'm starting to make progress and I feel healthier. 💪 Day 11: I didn't exercise because I have an exam tomorrow, but I will do 4 repetitions tomorrow. Day 12: I kept my promise, I did 4 repetitions, I will be weighed in 2 days, I am very excited, and the edges of my flare jeans that fit me are starting to feel loose. I lost 1 kilo. I'm disappointed but I won't stop doing it (because I'm too lazy to look for a new video). Day 15: These exercises are starting to get on my nerves. I do 4 repetitions every day and I only lose 1 kilogram. Are you kidding me? I will only do this for 5 more days. It will end at the end of 20 days. I can't do it for 30 days. I will start a new exercise at the end of the 20th day (I did 4 repetitions). Day 16: I didn't day 17: did 4 reps almost sure it didn't work on me

Is anyone else just average from waist up, but when you get to your thighs, calves, etc. it's all fat :(? edit: I wanted to say that I did this workout for about a week, just once a day actually lol, and I started seeing results, I only stopped because of my period, so don't give up!!

Doing this workout for 20 days! (On a calorie deficit) also I am doing other exercises on JustFit and it’s helped improve my balance and their workouts are easy so I would do them and find more u can join along with! Such as this one. Day 1- started to burn at the squats but pushed through! Feel great ✅ Day 2- complete, my muscles are aching from yesterday but pushed through✅ Days 3- found this easier did not collapse after the hold squat ✅

[UPDATED EVERY DAY] Okay! So I've never actually completed any 20/30 day challenges so I decided that I'll be dedicated to myself and I will complete this challenge! I will also be doing this alongside one of Emi's 7-day fat burning challenge, so I will have the extra sweat! Measurements: Left thigh: 22 inches Right thigh: 21.8 inches Day 1: Just completed the workout without stopping, went on a 10 minute sprint a few hours prior and also did Emi's fat burn & standing arms workout! My thighs ache alot but no pain, no gain! Day 2: Done! So far, my exercise routine was the same as yesterday except I haven't done any arm workouts, so I had more energy overall for this one! My legs started feeling like jelly around the same time as the squat pulses but nevertheless I completed the entire workout without rests! The burn is real! Day 3: Done as well! Honestly, it was easier than yesterday however I decided to not go running today so my legs had more power. The last exercise was easy!! Usually I struggle alot because my legs feel like jelly then however instead of counting down seconds, I focused on my form & posture, making sure I'm doing it properly and yes there was a burn! However focusing on your legs and thighs is better because not only you improve in the exercise, but time also passes by quicker! Day 4: Completed it! Some exercises were killers today but I already feel more power and strength in my thighs though. Day 5: Done! I did eat quite alot of sugar-based foods today since I had really low sugar levels and felt exhausted, but during the exercise i felt my stomach doing flops during the glute bridge so that wasn't /exactly/ the best idea lol Day 6: This comment is starting to get long.. Anyway, I completed day 6! The burn was great!! Especially since I did Emi's other workouts today as well! I did: ♡ her 10 min cardio + abs ♡ her 10 min side belly workout ♡ her 10 min 7-day fat burn workout (completed twice) ..and i also went sprinting for just under 10 mins! So after all these workouts, I completed this thigh one and the burn was sO good! Water is my best buddy right now, stay hydrated 😌 Day 7: Done! Completed a week now and less than two weeks to go!! It's worth doing this, my legs have already gotten a bit slimmer and plus they also feel stronger. Day 8: Done! My thighs ached a lil at the end but it was alright. This time I didn't really feel out of breath after the reverse lunge so.. improvement! Day 9: It was more difficult today today towards the end but the burn felt great! So far I can already see my legs are /gradually/ becoming more toned and I'm definitely losing fat in the thighs, might do the workout later today again! Day 10: Didn't do it twice yesterday since I ran out of time, but today I did it twice! The burn was soo good omg Day 11: Sadly I didn't do it twice however I gave it my everything today!! The burn was hella good in the sumo squats! Earlier, I also did 25 mins (in total) of ab exercises & sadly I didn't go running today ): Day 12: Done! I looked through the comments and I noticed how it's a bit sad that lots of you have quit already ): Y'all the burn is good, stop scrolling and just do the workout 😭 Day 13: Done! Day 14: Done! Two weeks have already gone by omg I've never stuck this long to a workout, less than a week left!! 😭 Day 15: Done twice! Day 16: Done! My legs absolutely KILLED because an hour (-ish) earlier, I ran 1.5miles for the first time in a month or two and I was out of shape 😂😭 Because of that, my legs were practically dead when I did the workout, even at the very first exercise 😭 Might do more sets tomorrow, I feel like I would need it. Day 17: Done! When I said yesterday that I would do more sets today.. I didn't know what pain was coming today in the morning 👺 My legs absolutely KILLED for a while but they're better, and honestly, I would do more sets today but I have two problems.. one being that my period came and I feel more exhausted and the second being.. my buttcheek seriously hurts and I was barely able to do some of the exercises, so I think one set is enough lmao Day 18: Rest Day 19: Done! Day 20: Done!! Omg I can't believe I finished this?? The exercises were much easier today than they were at the beginning and I'm so glad! I thought I had one day left 😭😭 After measurements: Left thigh: 20 inches Right thigh: 19.75 inches Overall, I lost about 2 inches on each thigh!! I recommend it to others!

btw it’s always my aunt that body shames me about my tighs and even conpared it to hers saying that hers is more smaller than mine. sometimes she even compares me to her own daughter. but comparing me to her own daughter didn’t bother me cuz i know i’m more beautiful than her🤡 btw she’s my cousin

Who else is thin from the waist up but have thicc legs? Updates: Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Day 4: ✔️ Day 5: Skipped, I was too busy 😓 Day 6: ✔️ I noticed my thighs were slimming out, but my calves weren’t. I’m also worried that these exercises will make my hips bigger due to the squat exercises, but so far that hasn’t happened. NOTE: for the past week I haven’t been able to do this since I’m the clumsiest person ever and slipped, slicing and injuring one of my heels. It’s healed fast, though, and I should be able to start again soon. Day 7: ✔️ I gained some weight back from my break, but not all of it. My legs burn again, but definitely not as much as the first time I did this routine.

I failed on glow up for summer 2021 but now i am trying again! I am on day 10 ive been doing it a few times a day and its taken 3 days and ive already seen results! Its very effective and by far is the best leg workout ive done!

one of the best and most effective workouts ive ever done. i could see a change (especially my inner thighs) in less than a week. PLEASE don't worry if it's going to work or not, not everyone is going to get the same results in the same amount of time. you will definitely get some sort of change in your legs, even if it's just a little bit. also, make sure to stretch afterwards, the result will be more effective.

This workout really changed my life, I don't know for how long I dreamed of having slim legs and now I do lol I can't even seem to believe it at times. I did this every day sometimes leaving one or two days and focusing on other body parts workouts, and I also have really changed my eating habits. gonna do this for 30 days starting may 20th :) starting measurements are rlu: 51 cm rll: 35 cm llu: 51.5 cm lll: 34.5 cm calorie deficit and other workouts are being done as well so results might not be totally accurate to this workout alone. Day 1- Good burn! Got my heart rate up 😊 ✅ Day 2- done done, almost forgot to update lol ✅ Day 3- jelly legs 😵‍💫 ✅ Day 4- i love her encouragement, did it twice this morning ✅

Advice to the younger teens from a 16yr old. Workout for your health not your body imagery. Yes you will want to like this girl and that girl but the truth is you will never truly achieve that because everyone’s body is different.
