I have been doing Eleni fit's 15 min toned inner and outer thighs exercise daily for 6 mos. now and I've seen progress but I wanna up it a lil and this exercise has got my heart pounding. Hope I can work on my balance in some of these exercises.

How did you use the band with the pile squats? Did you use a rubber band instead of a fabric one? Cause I can't get my fabric ones to stretch that far. 😅
