@@alexabenitez9689 no me preguntaste a mi pero bueno, pues mira, si aun no lo haz hecho con bandas elásticas puedes hacerlo, y cuando se acabe ese cierto tiempo, como por ejemplo 4 semanas, haces otro reto, para aumentar tus glúteos, y asi, la vdd es que no se mucho sobre el mundo del ejercicio, pero supongo que sería lo mas conveniente

The good thing about workouts is they let you know what parts of your body are stronger and weaker. Some exercises may kill you and others you won’t feel anything. It just lets you know what parts of your body are already strong and don’t need to be as worked out

I just wanted to let anyone whos new know that THIS REALLY WORKS! im someone who DOESNT diet and this still worked wonders for me! I did this workout for 6 days straight AND SAW MAJOR RESULTS! Btw im a BIG girl and i saw my waist slim down and my thighs grow! Keep it up ladies we got this!!

@@luna459I did just this workout 2 weeks straight in 2022, by the end of 2 weeks I saw my abs poking thru and my waist shrink so much. My butt plumped up too!!!

Doing this every day for 8 weeks. I will keep you updated💪 Week 1: ✅ Day 1: ✔Dead, sweating, and can't feel anything. Barely did it was super hard by 2nd set, but just pushed and finished Day 2: ✔ In pain and tired, but it was a little easier, and some workouts were easier to do. Felt good / better afterward Day 3: ✔ Exhausted but finished, losing motivation, tho but also feeling a little better about my body Day 4:✔ Had no motivation but pushed myself to do it. My body hurt bad, and i felt super sweaty Day 5:❌ No motivation, lol Day 6:✔ Sweating. Don't skip a day. It gets tiring again 💀 No matter how tired or no motivation, just keep going and force yourself. This is when discipline comes in. Just remember why you are working for this and how you feel / look after this. You will thank yourself later Day 7: ✔Much better than yesterday Week 2: ✅ Day 8: ✔ Day 9: ✔ Day 10:✔ Day 11:❌Personal issue that destroyed me, lol. Will do it tomorrow Day 12:✔ Day 13:✔ Day 14:✔ Guys, the results look good, Noticing the waist and butt... not so much on butt. But I'm starting to see results Week 3: ✅ Day 15:✔I signed up on her website. There are challenges on there (hour glass figure in 25 days, get abs in 18 days, etc), and it's like courses. You can post imagines of your journey and give tips for others, etc. I started using the Hour Glass workout for 25 days. And I will carry on till I see a clear hourglass figure. I'm doing this workout video every evening. You guys should really join the website. it's nice and safe Day 16:✔ Day 17:✔ Day 18:✔Starting to see results, the waist and butt are slowly showing Day 19:✔ Day 20:✔ Day 21:✔Losing motivation the past few days, but i'm staying strong and doing this Week 4: ✅ Day 22:✔ Day 23:✔ Day 24:✔Way easier than from day . I'm seeing results and feeling so much better inside & out Day 25:✔ Day 26:✔ Day 27:✔ Day 28:✔Massive results. My butt is getting bigger. Highly suggest this and her workout challenges on her website Week 5: ✅ Day 29:✔ Day 30:✔ Day 31:✔Gosh, already a month in, time flies. Seeing results, guys, really works. Force yourself even if you're not motivated. Keep going, you not alone Day 32:✔ Day 33:✔ Day 34:✔ Day 35:✔There are days I feel so unmotivated or tired, but really force yourself. But I remind myself of what or how I will feel afterward and what I will look like in the future. Keep going, and it really pays off. Week 6: ✅ Day 36:✔ Day 37:✔ Day 38:✔ Day 39:✔I added some cardio at the end for fun. It was intense, but i enjoyed it today. Day 40:✔ Day 41:✔ Day 42:✔ Week 7:✅ Day 1:✔ Day 2:✔I got compliments about my body, especially my waist. I really feel so much better and more confident in my body. I feel like I accomplished something too ☠ I saw this comment & it said, "In 2 weeks you’ll feel it . In 4 weeks you’ll see it, and in 8 weeks you’ll hear it.“ and it's so true. I used to wear baggy clothes or hoodies in summer because I had low self-esteem. Now I'm wearing summer clothes with no problem. Guys, it really pays off. About a week left, going strong now. But keep going luvs, it's not impossible. I learned a lot of discipline from this. There were days I had so many issues / problems and days I had no motivation, I know exactly how it feels. I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. because of a situationship (a guy I never dated, but we both were in love💀) and other reasons. But I pushed, and I'm starting to feel better about myself. I find working out really helps to clear the mind and feel happier. But push, really think of after effects. Dream body? Dream goals? Healthy body? Healthy mindset? At least you are starting somewhere. Get your life together! Get healthier, heal, and force yourself to do things, even with no motivation. See you tomorrow, luvs Day 3:✔ Day4:✔ Day 5:✔ Day 6:✔ Day 7:✔ Happy New Year !! Week 8:✅ Day 1:✔ Oh my days, 6 days to go. Crazy, I never thought I would make it this long. The way I looked and felt at the beginning of this journey to where I am now. Huge improvement / results. Excusing is everything. Day 2:❌ No motivation Day 3:✔ Day 4:✔ Day 5:✔ 2 DAYSSS Day 6:✔ Day 7: ✔I DID IT, THE RESULTS - THIS WORKS. Sorry, I was excited, I got massive results. I see my waist and my butt is bigger. I'm going to start exercising to grow my glute bigger. Through my personal issues and my health. I didn't just get results, but I feel so much happier. My mental health i'm working on. But overall, this was one of the best experiences ever. Thank you, guys, for commenting and liking. It kept me motivated. Love you guys

My progress: Before Workout waist- 63 cm (25 in) hips- 83 cm (33 in) After 7 day workout (1 day skipped) waist - 59cm (23 in) hips - 85 cm (34 in) I will definitely continue and share my results here. 🤟

@@XYZ-rz8vh Hi, I already have thin thighs. I weigh just 45 pounds. I started this workout to outline my body shapes. So I have not measured the circumference of the thighs and I can not tell you exactly whether they are thinner. But at first glance they look much better than they were before. Sorry if my English is bad.

It's been 2 years of not working out with Chloe! I can say that this work out is really effective, YES seriously it made my body look amazing and then I got pregnant and gave birth to my daughter via caesarian section so I can't work out yet. So I'll just keep on watching chloe for now until I can get back in working out💗

Haven't updated this list yet but, I'm seeing results for sure. One side of my body has more curve than the other before the workouts, and after some days I'm starting to see my other side start to curve! Its been like that for a few years now, and this workout really gives me more hope! I'll keep going for a few extra days then will give a more conclusive update^^ Everyone who's doing this keep up the great work!!!

Okay this would be my first ever challenge that I would take seriously..... Waist- 63.5cm Tummy- 74cm Butt- 86.5cm Chest- 76.3 cm Thighs- 45.5 cm DAY1- ✅ I legit can't so planks,And I could feel my whole body's sensation. DAY2-✅ It's still the same after exercising I really don't want to lift myself from bed and just feel soo damn sleepy. DAY3-✅ It's still not easy....my back needs rest and.....PLANKS it make my whole body vibrant.....I am going to sleep again🚶‍♀️ DAY4-✅ Forget to update but it was not THAT tiring DAY5-✅ Gosh why 16 min feels like hour....is it only me who feels sleepy after this? DAY6-✅ I don't why today my body was aching like it was less tiring earlier.... (God I want to atleast continue it for week without any break.....but got period so had to take break) DAY7-✅ Doing it after 5 days.... ------------- DAY8-✅ Planks are now easy-pesy.....it feels good after exercising....... Day 1 : I am pretty much out of shape, It’s hard for me especially the side planks. I have taken number of breaks and longer breaks between different sets. DONE ✅ Day 2: Did only first set (something is better than nothing) Day 3: Did only second and third sets. (Definitely better than yesterday) Day 4: Did all the sets but took longer breaks in between the sets, was not as difficult as the first day Done ✅☺️ Keep motivating yourself to do it even if you can’t complete it fully, you ll get there :)

Going to keep track and record my progress! Day one ✅ sweating which is different cause I never sweat, but I’m feeling good Day two ✅ basically same as yesterday Day eight apparently ✅ I’ve been doing this and the lower belly exercises and there is totally a difference

I've started this yesterday. So Day 1 and Day 2 are done. We can do it!!! Update: it's day 5 for me. Update 2: Day 9, still here 😅 Update 3: Day 13, not giving up 💪🏻 Yeah, I do see results. My belly is almost gone. Also, I lost 2 kg. I'm really happy. Moreover, I feel better. Don't forget to also pay attention to what you're eating! And good luck, you can do it! ❤️

don’t worry!! record yourself doing them and compare to he video to see the differences so you can do them correctly!! if you aren’t feeling a burn after the 4 rep you’re probably doing them wrong :)
