Eleni, I have to tell you these workouts are a godsend for ADHD brains like me. The combination of coordination, balance, cardio and muscle activation switches on my brain just like at a ballet class. My brains works so much better the rest of the day after doing these workouts! And they are so fun and challenging! Thank you! ❤❤❤

So glad I found your channel. For the past few months my excercising hasnt been a chore but rather something I actually enjoy. But please, where do you get your shorts? All I see in stores here is in black while you have them in such nice shades of green. 🙂
