Welcome to Day 15 of the Morning Yoga Movement Challenge! You've officially made it halfway. Today's 10 min yoga sunrise practice offers a full body stretch. It starts with a supported back bend, to begin waking up the spine right away. You will want to have two blocks available for this one as we use them for several of the poses.

I haven’t missed a day, and I’m very grateful for this routine, especially during our shelter-in-place order. As an opera singer, my livelihood has been decimated through the pandemic, and finding grounding in these practices has really helped me. I have one suggestion - can you please wait a minute at the end of the practice before the “You are not done yet!” youtube ending card. I just find it so jarring, especially when I like to take a few more long breaths in seated meditation. It always makes me scramble to pause the video, which really disrupts the calm I feel from the flow. Thank you so much for providing these videos and motivating me to stick with this challenge.

How funny, I am doing my second round of the 30 day challenge...and I fell the SAME!! It jars me every time, and uncharacteristically feels a tad aggressive!!! It gets me everyday!

I love these morning practices but the "wait! You are not done yet!" is terribly jarring on my nervous system as it suddenly and loudly booms out. It interrupts the peace the whole peaceful vibe. I injoy the rest but not that part. Sorry Kassandra. I'll still keep up the practice tho because I love it too much and is helping me greatly. 😉🌹

I love these videos, they're perfect for a little morning movement. But man, that VO at the end "you are not done yet" really clashes with the overall experience of the practice and is a jarring way to end.

Thank you Kassandra!!!! This is my third round of the morning yoga movement which has been amazingly helpful to me emotionally as well as physically during this pandemic. It is the perfect start to my day and has enhanced my daily workouts so I have zero pain and exhaustion in my muscles.

I’m finding myself so aligned with the daily affirmations. Before yoga, I meditate and look inward to what I need. Immediately after meditating, I’ve been doing your flows, and they’re aligned with my meditation. ❤️ So synchronistic. Today’s is especially, because last night I woke to a deeper realization of how I’ve not been allowing myself to receive love in its fullness. I shy away from accepting fully from those who see and acknowledge my inner beauty. Thank you for shining your light and sharing these practices with us. 💓✨

#goodmorning I was not feeling it this morning because I wrote up with really intense cramps and a migraine forming. But I made myself tune in and my balance was on point, especially from high knee to warrior 3 to high lunge.

#GoodMorning - Day 15 and I have noticed a HUGE difference just in 10 minutes a day. My lower back is hurting less and my stress level is more manageable. I have been gracious with myself and given myself a day off on Sunday’s, and still sticking to it! Thank you!

#GoodMorning Halfway mark! I have just completed Day 15 and I am absolutely loving this 30 day morning yoga stretch. I started yoga in lockdown last year and in the last few months I started to slip with consistency and then I found these videos! Just 10 minutes a day fits perfectly into my busy lifestyle and yet has had such a great impact on my mood and how good my body feels

Thanks Kassandra! I love stretching as an integral part of dance and loooooove the Yoga Dance of the Spirit!! Refreshing and relaxing for the body, mind and soul...I am actually becoming more of a morning person with this practice :))

I just have to say THANK YOU for posting these. Im currently going through the 30 day challenge my second time around. I do these videos 5 to 6 days a week and they have made a huuuge difference to me. I can finally get a full nights sleep in a bed . 10 years ago I had back surgery and since then getting a full nights rest (any) bed has been impossible. I bought a portable hammock and have that set up next to my bed and i would switch off between the 2 through the night. I have been doing these videos for probably about 7 weeks and for the last 3 weeks I have been able to sleep all the way through the night in my bed. THANKYOU!!!!!

Thank you so much for that. Sometimes I barely get the practice is before noon! On my second rotation with this! I can't always do everything due to little bits of cranky knees but I do as much as I can and it really helps me!

What a difference i feel with 14 sessions ago! I feel more at home in my body and i like how the affirmations keep popping up as a surprise during the day. so yesTruly grateful for what i recieve during the day. and this all by only 10 minutes yoga plus 5 meditation a day! super thanx💖#goodmorning

Grateful for these. Just completed Day 15…..I had got a bit into a lazy routine and started aching esp in the mornings….this is getting me out of it and I am already feeling the benefits. Just the right amount to ease you back into better health. Thank you so much . P s I think your calm voice and instructions are a big part of its success

“I’m grateful for ALL that I received!” What a gracious affirmation for the day. I appreciate Kassandra’s yoga sessions. It always brightens my day and I found I always come back here. The 10 minutes yoga is succinct and doable for virtually everyone if you stick to it. Namaste 🙏 This is my 3rd time for this practice.

half way through! This just seems to work for me - 10 minutes, the variations in the poses, the routine/ritual of it, Kassandra's approach which isn't too bright and breezy, the mix of yin yoga and stronger poses...anyway, thank you for doing this

I love your videos! If it weren't for the 10 minute yoga practices, I probably wouldn't do this at all. I might even graduate to 15 minutes soon!
