I haven’t missed a day, and I’m very grateful for this routine, especially during our shelter-in-place order. As an opera singer, my livelihood has been decimated through the pandemic, and finding grounding in these practices has really helped me. I have one suggestion - can you please wait a minute at the end of the practice before the “You are not done yet!” youtube ending card. I just find it so jarring, especially when I like to take a few more long breaths in seated meditation. It always makes me scramble to pause the video, which really disrupts the calm I feel from the flow. Thank you so much for providing these videos and motivating me to stick with this challenge.

I love these videos, they're perfect for a little morning movement. But man, that VO at the end "you are not done yet" really clashes with the overall experience of the practice and is a jarring way to end.

I agree!. It´s kind of startling after the relaxing ending of each practice, and it feels like you cannot enjoy the peaceful moment because there is another “chore” to do as we’re “not done yet”. I absolutely love Kassandra and keep coming back to her practices. From what I remember, her newer challenges don’t have that ending that takes you out of the experience.

I’m finding myself so aligned with the daily affirmations. Before yoga, I meditate and look inward to what I need. Immediately after meditating, I’ve been doing your flows, and they’re aligned with my meditation. ❤️ So synchronistic. Today’s is especially, because last night I woke to a deeper realization of how I’ve not been allowing myself to receive love in its fullness. I shy away from accepting fully from those who see and acknowledge my inner beauty. Thank you for shining your light and sharing these practices with us. 💓✨

I love these morning practices but the "wait! You are not done yet!" is terribly jarring on my nervous system as it suddenly and loudly booms out. It interrupts the peace the whole peaceful vibe. I injoy the rest but not that part. Sorry Kassandra. I'll still keep up the practice tho because I love it too much and is helping me greatly. 😉🌹

I just have to say THANK YOU for posting these. Im currently going through the 30 day challenge my second time around. I do these videos 5 to 6 days a week and they have made a huuuge difference to me. I can finally get a full nights sleep in a bed . 10 years ago I had back surgery and since then getting a full nights rest (any) bed has been impossible. I bought a portable hammock and have that set up next to my bed and i would switch off between the 2 through the night. I have been doing these videos for probably about 7 weeks and for the last 3 weeks I have been able to sleep all the way through the night in my bed. THANKYOU!!!!!

Dear Kassandra, I really love and enjoy these morning yoga sessions. It is the perfect length that can fit into every busy mornings (almost every). The only thing that annoys me is at the end the ‘you are not done yet’ part. It makes me feel obligated to do that other video which of course cannot be done every day. I understand that you want us to do more and of course it is nice of you but the way it interrupts the peace at the end of the morning yoga is not very pleasant. Maybe you could consider changing that, or saying it in the beginning. Otherwise I am very grateful for what you do here ❤ have a nice day!

I started yoga in lockdown last year and in the last few months I started to slip with consistency and then I found these videos! Just 10 minutes a day fits perfectly into my busy lifestyle and yet has had such a great impact on my mood and how good my body feels

#GoodMorning Hi Kassandra, I'm so glad that I joined this 30 day challenge. I do the evening one too. You're classes are just challenging enough for me without overdoing it. I can be a real self-critic if I don't do things well, and your words of encouragement to dispel our taskmaster self is both reassuring and a relief. However, there are still times when I get discouraged and wanted to ask you about it. In the morning, because I am a monk and have to get out of bed early to go to an early prayer service at 7AM, I'm usually doing yoga as soon as I get out of bed. When I'm out of bed at that time, I'm still shuffling around because my legs are stiff. So I relish the class in the morning at about 5:30 AM. However, that early in the morning my balance is terrible and often can't do the poses that require balance. Is doing yoga right after getting up out of bed not the best time to do it? Somehow I don't think so. I find your classes so perfect for me, nevertheless.
