You guys are both vegan right? You wouldn't harm other living beings for the pleasure you get out of it. I just saw one of your posts saying 'meat free for 4 years. Do you mean vegan for four years? just in case you don't respond to this, for anyone who might see this comment. Only being vegan makes a difference for the animals. Dairy and egg industry torture mothers and their babies before killing them just as the flesh industry do.

Thanks @Ashley Freeman, it was a very nice gentle practice 🙏🏼💛 I added it immediately to my morning yoga playlist. Especially the sequence starting on the ground and finishing in standing with the duration of 10 min allows a good wake up and prep for the day ahead on a busy morning.💜

this was a treat. i am 4 months post herniated disc in my lower back. Its been a total head £$&@! being able to start and finish this pain free was a great feeling.

Oh Amber I've been there before so I really feel you when you say this! My herniated disc was what pushed me into Yoga. I'm so glad you are starting to rebuild your confidence again. Keep being gentle with yourself, Ash x x
