Lovely lovely George. So happy you’re back. This was the perfect short and adaptable practice for me today. I would say, as an IFS user myself, that no part wants to undermine us. Every part acts out of a sense of helping. So I would look at which part is speaking if I described a part as undermining me. Which part am I blended with and will it give space to explore this other part being described as an underminer? Anyway, I loved this. Thank you! ☯️
