its my 4th day, im 13 year old female and very insecure abt my height even tho i know im just average, my height is 148.8cm. ill measure after a week. June 5: Done June 6: Done June 7: Done June 8: Done June 9: Didn't do it June 10: Done June 11: Done, my height now is 149.1cm. Ill keep doing this, and ill update every week about my height for 1 month. June 12: Done June 13: Done, very sweaty since i put all my attention in the workout. June 14: Done, just like before, i feel better after working out. June 15: Done! im so excited to see the measurements again after 2 weeks. Doing this for 3 weeks. Also, I’ll be doing other unrelated stretches too… NOTE: I’m trying my best to grow but I am very slow😅 Goal: to gain 2 cm Day 1 - ✅ done (it is hard but I felt good after) Day 2 - ✅ done ( not that hard tbh, stay hydrated) I also wanna try doing it 2 times a day though!

my journey introduction: I'm 16 years old, 151cm, short legs. goals: - grow taller, possibly aiming for 156-160cm - get slimmer thighs, arms, and tummy - maintain good posture journey: 20/06/2022: 🟢 [I had some trouble with some exercises due to my flexibility but I managed to do it all :> I did her other exercising videos too ] 21/06/2022: 🟢 [finished all!! My back hurts a little but I'm okay. I did her daily stretching exercise, this, and her leg exercise video] 22/06/2022: 🟢 [tbh i really love these exercises! they're so fun to do every day after school. Thank you so much for the exercises Shirlyn unnie!!💝] 23/06/2022: 🟢 24 - 26/06 : 🔴 [camp] 27/06/2022: 🔴 [busy with school work and feeling unwell] 28/06/2022: 🟢 [still feeling unwell but continued to work out]

I was 5'3 on july and rn i am shooting for 5'7 by december. I have been watching that kind vids for a while now and using supp called Shiydf and damn that combination really got me growing 1cm or so every month, Thank you keep up the vids!
