UK 81yrs: just to add, suitable for wheelchair except side leg stretch. Very helpful advice to put hand under knee if needed. T hank you Jules ❤

Good Beautiful Morning 🌄☕🌄 Jules your voice over is just so gorgeous. (You should do those meditation hypnotic state videos...your voice is like buttah) 🧈 🤗 (if you don't where that's from...think warm melted Godiva (expensive) chocolate 🫕🍫🫕 (not the cheap Hershey's stuff)..yup... that's exactly what you sound like to me) and now you have the honors for the rest the day have that visual stuck in your head 😂) Honestly what a nice way to start the morning. I hope you have a wonderful day and weekend ahead. 🌈🌄🌈

These stretches felt wonderful. I didn't know the trick about pressing your hand down to get a better stretch in the side of the neck. That's an area that's very stiff for me, particularly on the left side. So thanks for that tip, too!

God Bless you Jules, this video really helped me. You will not believe it but Cathy the exercise teacher came on Wednesday. I was the only one there, so I got a private lesson almost to the end, when someone else showed up. Very sad, cause I just found out that one of our older tenants fell and broke his hip, when he was visiting a friend in the hospital. Could not believe it, people need to come to class for balance and stability training. Please pray for me as it's time to get recertification for section 8 senior housing. Trying not to be scared, but, phone interview later this month. With Gods help I will get it. Cathy asked about your channel, and your name. I told her your videos are a blessing, and very helpful for my health. My birthday is on the 21st of this month, 69 strong. I will never give in to old age in my body, eating healthy, and doing your videos will help. I'm sure everyone here is so grateful for your channel Jules you are a blessing.

Wow! Must have been wonderful to get a private class, Cheryl! But, as you said, it's a shame more people aren't taking advantage of having classes in their building. Jules, ALL of your seated stretches are fantastic. I found this one on your new channel and must say my entire body is abuzz, relaxed, as well as awake, and loose. Your stretches are the best. I have perused your new channel filled with new exercises and would LOVE to have you add more seated stretches. I turn to you several times a day, but my morning ones are the toppers. I’m so glad to see you again! Oral surgery, purchased a home in another state and visited children in yet another state. I’m delighted to be recovering well. Expect to be back with cardio & strength on Monday!

I added this to the new resistance band video and a short aerobics warmup. It's funny how much strength stretching requires. It does feel amazing afterwards, though! Thanks!

Loved this! Been at my father in laws all week and was doing a deep clean of his kitchen. Really needed this. Not done the cardio workout yet as Summer returned to the UK!!!! Absolutely sweltering!
