Follow along with Lily and myself to sculpt and strengthen your abdominal muscles Tabata style! This training involves 20 seconds of ab exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, 2 rounds of each 12 exercises. Lily's demonstrating the more advanced option and I'm doing the modified version of the exercises. Thus, this workout is perfect for beginners! It starts off nice and easy but progresses to more challenging exercises so you'll definitely feel the burn
