no matter how hard this exercise is, i still come back to it and make sure i do this AT LEAST ONCE a week. effort, hard work and consistency are definitely the key to weight loss. thank you emi. after 5 months of doing your workouts, i've lost 12kg. i know it's been a slow progress and maybe not that big of an achievement but, for me this was the biggest achievement of my life for this year. thank you emi!

Guys , I am going to share a trick which I follow Whenever there are 2 options available for an exercise , I always start with the jumping one and try to do it but since I am not too strong I start getting tired . Then when I think I can't do the jumping one any more , I switch to the no-jumping option ! This way I complete the exercise ! I hope this trick helps you too :))

I usually do it in thirds! I start off on the jumping version and as soon as I'd give up on doing that and I physically can't anymore, I switch to the no jumping one; the catch is, though, that if I do that, I can only do the easy one for half of the remaining time until I have to switch back to the hard one There are some exceptions right now (just started this one 3 days ago) where I flat out can't do some of the jumping ones (noise levels, physical capabilities), so I just do the no jumping versions

@@karmabhuminews316 yes there were definitely results! although mine was not that super impressive because i wasn't perfectly consistent like there were days that i didn't finish the whole exercises for the day. for example, i have to do 35mins of 3 total exercises, but sometimes i only do 25mins out of 35mins etc. because i'm too lazy or exhausted or simply not that motivated.

Thank you Emi for all these added no jumping exercises! I love to do your workouts in my room but because my floor makes too much noises I have to do no jumping versions in order to not disturb my family members. And I love how you show the no jumping options the whole way instead of cutting them off after a few seconds for each exercise. I started working out many months ago but i was on and off because i worked out as a revenge for the weight i gained through food. I am now exercising because i want to give my body the treatment it deserves. And i just love doing emi's workouts during this perception change because i feel like it aligns perfectly with what i want to be doing to my body. Maybe sometimes i will lose a lot of weight because of the work i am doing. Maybe my body will look like emi's, or maybe not. It doesn't matter because each person is for their own. But for now, i am thinking about how i am now able to use my core during abs workout, how my squats position is better now, how i am able to breath in workouts. Emi's exercises help me do all that. Her workouts made my body happy, and it made me happy too. And i hope you're happy doing this for us too. 😊

Thank you for the program workouts. I have been doing this for almost 8months and this program has worked for me. :) Armpit and back , full body workout 30mins, standing abs, Stretching before and after the workout, and lastly the plank workout. it's a slow process but results worth to wait. @@Ammulu0713 I used to do this exercise every 6 days along with other exercises of emi for an hour. N I ate only healthy diet that also in limit. Now m 54 . Reached the goal weight. So nowadays I dont do for an hour. I just do for half an hour sometimes 40 mins to maintain my weight. 🙂🙂

Ive been doing your exercises for 2 mos. and I lost 10 kg 😊 from 73 to 63 kg. Thank you so much emi. I started this challenge on Sept. 22, 2020. Day 1: 👌 Day 2:👌 Day 3:👌 Day 4:👌 Day 5:👌 Day 6:👌 Day 7:👌 Day 8:👌, I did it but in the second video I could've done better. I can't do sit ups 😩 Day 9: 👌, 💪 Day 10: 👌 Day 11: 👌, 😫💦 Day 12: 👌, I did the day 14 instead Day 13: 👌 Day 14: 👌 Day 15: 👌, I didn't finish the third video because my wrist hurts so much specifically near the thumb. Weight: 63 to 61 Waist: 29.2 in to 28.3 in I like this challenge because it really targets all parts of my body and I could see a difference especially in my legs🦵 . Also, I noticed that I gained muscles in my arms which is not a bulky type of muscle but a sign of having more strength I guess? I don't know what I'm talking about guys. Basta, I saw a difference and feel stronger PERIODT. Haha

I AM DONE WITH THE CHALLENGE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY SWEAT AND PAIN. CAN'T WAIT TO HOP ONTO THE NEXT PROGRAM ❤️ okay. I am challenging myself to do this for the next 15 days by following the program listed in the description box...I HAVE NO EXCUSE! DON'T GIVE UP!!!! Day1: ✅ Good sweat...although slightly tough but made it till the end and i am drenched in sweat! Day 2: ✅ i was sore today but managed to do both videos...the 20 min workout wasn't as hard as i thought today Day 3: ✅ was a great workout and the abs workout had me weak Day 4: ✅doing my absolute best today...my arms were crying at the end of today's workout Day 5: ✅ made it to the end Day 6: ✅ great workout Day 7:✅ chilled day and i am happy i get to rest and jump back in tomorrow. the warmup video is not intense Day 8:✅ Day 9: ✅ yes i am getting closer to the finish line Day 10: ✅ loved today's workout...a good sweat Day 11: ✅ Day 12:✅ it's like someone threw a glass of water in my face...second video was tough but still made it to the end Day 13:✅ great workout my back muscles were crying Day 14:✅ this stretch video made me realized that i need to start stretching cuz i am super stiff Day 15:✅ today's workout was the longest and of course Ami Wong saves the best exercises for the end 😁! i am so happy i was able to complete this whole program without skipping a day. I am happy with my progress and i just want to say a huge thank you to Ami Wong because these videos are so effective and they just keep me sane during this second lockdown.

I am doing 15 days full body Challenge. Day 1- It was hard. But, I completed it with breaks. Day 2 - Done. Day 3 -Done. Day 4 - I had no motivation to do the workout. But I did however didn't give 100% and took many breaks. Day 5 - Done. Today also had no motivation. But did it with taking less breaks. Day 6 - Done. Day 7 - Done Day 8 - Done. I feel my strength increased a little. Day 9- Done Day 10 - Done Day 11 - Done Day 12 - Done (swapped day 12 with day 14) Day 13 - Done. Also 1st day of period so, slacked a little Day 14 - Done Day 15 - Done. This is the 1st time I sticked to this challenge and completed it so I am very happy about that. I can't explain the changes as it almost stayed the same. Maybe, because I didn't ate clean or because of the period. Overall, I am feeling very strong compared to the start of this challenge. My upper abs lost fat and lower belly looks toned.

I have started with 92.4 kgs.. I have lost 2 kgs in 4 days..following your exercise and by restricting some foods... My target is 70kgs... By following ur exercises daily.... "Started 15 days of this program" Day 1 : I took too many pauses and i was not able to do some exercises as well todays. I'm gonna push myself more harder. hii y'all!! i failed last year during quarantine, but i'm gonna start now! basically in poland it seems like we're not going to school in next 5 months, so i'm gonna do a huge glow up! i'm a dancer, but my condition is much more worse than ever before. also i have a belly that i don't like, kinda fat thighs, un-toned arms, and calves. i'm 16, 152cm and 45kg girl. i started doing ,, 30 min full body workout fat burn HIIT for ab, core, arm, back, leg, thigh and cardio'' by Emi yesterday, and i did this one today too. but i'm gonna do both, the one i mentioned before and the one that i'm commenting right now. i also do collarbone exercises twice a day. i don't use any diet, but last week i became a vegan, i don't really count calories, i try to minimize sugary food. i will be back here for a month on april 11, to update if i see any difference. y'all keep going! it's not only for weight loss but it also will make you healthier and happier, when you can get yourself some serotonin after good workout! love y'all xx

@@sabihakhanfuggi9808 I only prefer not to eat sugar and try to focus on food with higher protein content (salmon, lean meat, chicken, eggs, skyr yogurt, tofu, seeds etc.) I also searched up recipes before I started the challenge but I took no protein suplements.

@@justme2810 yeah protien is very important in weight loss I m trying to take as much as I could but my mom cooks rice eveyday in lunch so i can't avoice rice in lunch😅 so i take very less quantity of rice And more daal and vegetables , I am avoiding suger but my dad brings some jalebi (sweets) I just finished her workout and my dad is telling me to eat thats sweet😭😭

okay I will start this challenge starting weight: 138.2 pounds idk if i should measure my waist and thighs but here waist: 31 in. thighs: 23 in day 1: ✅ I was literally showering in sweat during this workout😭 day 2: ✅ I struggled a lot with the core workout video and I also felt a bit unmotivated but I pushed through :)) day 3: ✅ On the abs workout I didn't really know how to do the reverse crunch so I did an alternative exercise instead :) day 4: ✅ day 5: ❌ I became busy throughout the day so I will switch this day for day 7 since day 7 is like active recovery day. day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ I am sweating so much and I also struggled during the 15 side abs and love handles but I pushed through. day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅❌I only did the hiit workout on this day but not the other video. day 10: ✅ I liked todays workout day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅

oh my god!!! this was by far the best exercises and the refreshing playlist that kept me going. normally in workout videos they put very slow paced songs which makes me loose the energy and boost for the workout. but this was the best, didn't want to stop till the end. very well done !!
