Welcome to Day 5 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight's class is a hatha yoga practice which will start off with seated stretches before finishing laying down. This is a slow paced 15 minute yoga sequence suitable for all levels, no props are needed. Some of the poses include seated side body stretch, wide legged forward fold and reclined twist.

I love kassandra so much. 💕 Her videos helped me through so much and she has videos for EVERY NEED. Like you need a quick morning yoga you can get tons of 10mins. Or you want to energize? There's 10/20/30/60 minutes. All variations with different lengths. That's my favourite part. And you always feel what she says the session would feel at the end. And her voice is so soothing. Not to mention that she instructs you with the small important tips and reminders like: Don't hold your breath. Take your time breathing. Etc... I need to be reminded with those constantly so I feel how important that is

Is it because it's uncomfortable or you feel like you need to go as far as her? If so, you don't have to go as far. You can use pillows, blocks, blankets, etc. You can build them up to the height you are comfortable with folding over. I did that when I started Yoga. Over time, I was more flexible. However, every once in a while, it still feels good to just use a block or pillows instead.

I absolutely love the affirmation. I have my final exams coming up in a month and it really made me realize that all the hard work will be paid off. Also I did the morning yoga challenge about two months ago and it really helped me relax in the morning, this one has the same result :) #GoodEvening

This affirmation came in such a good time, like the universe is trying to tell me that I am at the right path! I made the decision yesterday to be happier, more grateful, to love myself as I am and stop waiting to live my life when I finally conquer something in a future that never comes. I decided that I'm going to be happy today every day.

Last week,i was following this yoga movement ,suddenly i have to stop it up to two days for some reasons and it make me feel sad . It's been a very blah week, this is the gentle movement and kind nudge I needed before sleep. I completed the challenge 2 years ago with my partner, and keep coming back to these 30 days evening yoga videos when feeling resistance or anxiety before sleep.
