Holy mackerel I am out of shape!! I was tired out a third of the way through. Rested very little though! Couldn't do the ones with a bunch of pressure on the knees, so I just modified those ones.

Sally could you please increase the volume of the beep sound when we need to switch each exercise since we won't be watching the videos continuously when working out.. the loud audio cue will help switch to the next set..

Of course! It very much depends on the body type but it can be up to 100kcal. It's just a short workout but of course you can do it multiple times if you want to increase the kcal burned.
