I've been in a depression and lack of exercise. This got me motivated again. For some reason the 10 minute workouts have been a game changer for me. We all have 10 minutes here and there. You really got me hooked. Keep up the great work. ❤

I am going to try this out tonight it looks like fun & & Iam looking forward to the results I am 63 years old I once weighed 308 pounds & then 206 pounds & now 122 pounds my goal is 112 pounds looking forward to great results thanks sally this workout looks wotprtj the effort❤❤

Holy mackerel I am out of shape!! I was tired out a third of the way through. Rested very little though! Couldn't do the ones with a bunch of pressure on the knees, so I just modified those ones.

Hey Sally, can I do the 10 minute exercises twice a day? Just to shorten the days with the same results? Haven’t had a baby, but I don’t like long workouts with a lot of jumping🙈

Sally could you please increase the volume of the beep sound when we need to switch each exercise since we won't be watching the videos continuously when working out.. the loud audio cue will help switch to the next set..

Of course! It very much depends on the body type but it can be up to 100kcal. It's just a short workout but of course you can do it multiple times if you want to increase the kcal burned.
