Love this workout, just one question. Why is the break between the exercise a bit long despite the short period of the exercise, is there some sort of importance with rest which could improve athletic performance?

We try to train our intra- and intermuscular coordination. In order to maximize the effect, you always want to be 100% fresh to activate as many muscle fibers as possible at the same time. Our goal is not to exhaust in this workout but to do every single repetition as explosive as possible.

​@@out-work Adding instructions on proper form and info about the 'why?' of the exercise could be a plus. The first two times of working out with a video I listen to the instructions and from the third session onwards I turn of the sound and put on my own favourite music anyway. But if you have time for it you could maybe also make a seperate video in which you give more information, maybe there are others who would prefer that instead of talking during the video. Nevertheless, you're videos are already super helpfull as they are :D

Is there a recommended frequency for starting this type of training? Can it be done daily?

Hey, sorry for the late reply, yea, it can be done daily if your body recovers for it but everyone is different there, adjust it to your recovery and do it as often as your body allows you to.

Hey, yeah, any time that works for you works perfectly fine. In the evening, your performance would actually be even slightly higher (the difference is super small though)
