When doing the exercises try looking up at your ceiling, instead of ahead or to the side to watch the video. Also try keeping your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

One thing that helps is breathing in while getting up to do the situp and making sure that you breathe through your nose and into your belly(aka your belly gets bigger) and then get back down you breathe out through your nose and your belly flattens also. We do this in yoga and Ive noticed that it helps me with gym excercises also or ab workout like this one🤗

Hey EMI I completed the 28 days abs challenge 😭❤ I can't believe I did it like seriously I never finished any challenge but this is the first time I did it it's all because you 😭 can't thank you enough. Let ne share my experience if you are thinking to start this challenge go for it it's worth trying I lost 4 kg and 3 inches for my lower belly and I'm so fuckin happy and proud of myself 😭❤ P.s. :- you won't get a flat stomach or abs in 28 days it takes time and effort but you'd see the result and you'll feel strong :) try to eat healthy and do it constantly good luck guys and thanks again emi you the best. Guys i know you were waiting for this type of comment then here it is i lost 5 inches in one month by emi workouts day 1 ,2,3. ~ done core workout day 3 ,4,5 ~done day 6,7,8 ,9,10 ~done nothing because of marriage of sister day 11,12,13 ~ done a lil warmup and straching exercises day 14 ,15 ,16 ~ done warmup then streching then abs and belly workout day 17,18,19 ~ same workout done twice day 20 ,21,22 ~ almoat thw same workout but excluded the warmup and included standing arm workout day 23,24,25 ~ done day 26,27,28~ excluded abs and belly and included love handles and muffin tops day 29 ,30,31 ~ done and there comes the result and i am an indian and a vegetarian so the protien sorce was low but i maintained it by nuts etc etc my mom didnt let me to take a diet but i secretly carried on by choosing and balancing but not much so it can be taken as negligible and also drank green tea or sometimes luke lemonwater everymorning before workout And lost 5 inches even i cant believe😭😭🤙🤙 i am proud of myself😤

Are you dieting?... Because if you are not then try to reduce oily foods and sweets also drink lots of water and do some stretches before and after doing emi's workouts... Trust me they work!!! And each body is different maybe your body will take a little more time but it'll happen so don't give up... Also no pain no gain ❤

Hi guys so I eat healthy most of the time and if I drink a lot of water while doing the flat belly challenge, will I get a flat stomach? I’m just afraid I won’t have time to do the workouts bc of school and I also already swim like 4 or 5 days a week too.

Is it just me or anyone else struggles with straight leg sit-ups. I just can't get up I tried so many times. Anybody knows any simple method or trick so that it became easy to do these straight leg sit-ups.

I have been trying to lose weight for two years now. Never reached my ideal goal weight. 😔 seeing all your comments here makes me ask, "Does this really help in weight loss? ".i have tried everything from skipping to cardio to absworkout. even if i loss few inches on my waist i can never get to lose the fat in my arms.. the arms just remain like that! Can anyone help me? 😭

What worked for me was like I tried concentrating inhaling and exhaling like exhale while you bring your elbow and knee to touch and inhale while you extend. ( I hope it helps 😀)

@@jayalaxmikamath2141 I don't know the inhale exhale thing but if your abs are getting exhausted,they will slowly slowly leave the weight to the neck as it is exhausted and can't take the pressure on itself.there we have to put the pressure back into the abs and it will surely work.
