Emi wong is just amazing, I love how toned my body has become compared to before. These workouts are very effective and relaxing. Side note : If you're not dieting but you are working out, it definitely does help with losing some weight - not drastically but gradually if you are doing a routine for around a month or two. If you want quick results, I would suggest to cut out snacking over the time but definitely still eat your 3 meals of the day in moderate portion sizes. I hope you get the results you're hoping for! It may be difficult but look at how far you've come!! You've got this

@@SureshSharma-go6sn I only work out once a day. I also did another workout alongside this, she's called Jinydiet and her workouts are highly effective. I definitely recommend her thin waist workout video. It's only 5 minutes but you have to do it twice a day if you don't have a workout plan already. If you do this workout and jinydiet's workout once everyday, you'll definitely see results. I hope it goes well for you!

@@oaknwe6706 5 days worked for me. If I had the mental energy to, I would do a full week but 5 days every week was enough to actually see the results for me. It depends on your body.

I have to say, I’ve been following her workouts more than any fitness influencers, because I find her workouts effective on my body. Since I gained a lil’ weight this past few weeks, I tried this workout along with a bunch of other ones. It worked, I can see noticeable improvements on my waist more because I also do Pilates. Keep on doing this Emi! We love u and ur videos! ♥️

My waist before workout is 79cm. After 9 days doing this workout is 76cm. I'm so proud and happy that I lost 3 cm around my waist and my belly flat a bit too, can't wait for 1 month results!!! Thank you emi❤️❤️❤️ Love from Anna❤️❤️❤️ !

I've been exercising with this video+dancing for about 2 weeks, I took a break for few days, which makes me feel quite guilty, but I'm back and motivated again! I can say that I actually am seeing some changes on my body and I'm excited to continue:))

Keeping record! I'm going to try doing this workout for 2 weeks! Day 1: ✅Almost died doing this. It was very hard and intense but I didn't give up! Day 2: ✅Still very hard but I could really feel my muscles work! Day 3: ✅That plank is killing me every time Day 4: ✅Even before the workout I felt like it was going to go amazing, and it did go amazing! It felt just a little bit easier than normal! Day 5: ✅I really didn't feel like doing it today but I still did! And it was even easier than yesterday!

Just a tip for anyone for how to engage their core without lower back pain or over extending any other part of the body. 1.Breathe! Your muscles get their power from oxygen. Start lying on the ground with your knees hip distance apart and bent. Slightly tuck your pelvis under and draw you naval (belly button in towards your spine ) now inhale through your nose and watch your ribs rise, and exhale through your mouth and your ribs should fall towards your hips, all while still holding your belly button in towards your spine, and at this point your feel a great amount of core engagement. Breathe through each movement and maintain this posture and you'll build a lot of core strength. I'm sorry if I didn't explain this well, I also do Pilates and I think Move With Nicole explain this very well. Thank you Emi for this Workout. ❤

This is one of my favorite workout videos to follow. I feel like it not only focuses on core muscles, but also on leg and arm muscles which is definitely a challenge for me. I love it though. Thanks Emi!

I have done 20 mins tights and now i have done this. Im doing this everyday. Guys this s hard for your 1 day but 2 it will be better than 1 day and then dont stop keep going and going then you'll have the dream body u wanted and reach your goal! DONT GIVE UP REMEMBER YOUR GOAL!

Keeping record for myself! Hoping to make it to at least a week of doing this workout! Day 1: it was hard but it felt good sweating afterwards Day 2: i was feeling the pain from day one and had to modify some of the exercises Day 3: I plank for one minute before I do this workout and I have to say it was easier than yesterday (still painful tho). I noticed that my endurance was building and I wasn’t waiting for the timer to end as much as yesterday! For 4 exercises I wasn’t dying when the timer ended. Tbh I couldn’t do the high plank leg raises so I just planked for the remainder of the time. Is my lower core (below belly button) supposed to hurt this much? I don’t feel much below my rib cage… Day 4: the plank warm up was brutal! I tried to push myself but felt it really hard to keep up without breaks even though my muscles didn’t hurt. Still got a good sweat in tho! Day 5: plank was a breeze! I’m beginning to see some definition in my flabby stomach (only when I’m empty tho). I can push myself further now and I don’t need to pause to take breaks. Almost at one week! Day 6: wow everything got harder so fast. I’m winded but I was able to push myself a little more especially during plank and high plank exercises. I’m really proud of myself so far Back to day 1 cuz I got stomach flu and have to start over :( Day 1: struggling to do all of it without taking short cuts but it’s definitely easier than the first day I started this workout (if that makes sense). My waist is slightly smaller than before. Keep pushing! After 7 months finally came back to this! Day 1: skipped the plank workout, this was so tough to push through. I took a lot of shortcuts (doing just a plank instead of the leg lifts). Feels good getting back into it though. Goal is to get to 14 days in a row! Day 2: a little easier, kinda missing the burn but that’s probably from taking shortcuts Day 3: only had to modify 2 workouts! Got a very good sweat in though and it’s a great way to start the day Day 4: decided to workout before studying at night and I didn’t sweat as much?

Hiiii guys♥️ so i decided to do this 15 min workout for 2 weeks, let's see what happens 🤩💖 Before : Waist - 30 inches Day 1 : ✅ lord, my abs are paining 🥵 Day 2 : ✅ super duperrrr happy❤️today Day 3 : ✅ feeling energetic ⚡ Day 4 : ✅ this workout is super funnn! In the other workouts, i use to wait , when it will be over😒. But, in this workout, i didn't knew when the it ended😳😂❤️. Day 5 : ✅ ok am not gonna right much, because am late for my school! 🥲😂⚡ Day 6 : ✅ today is Sunday! So no rush, for the school people 😂.... But am actually feeling the burn 🔥💗 Day 7 : ✅ 1 week completed 🔥😳🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️🧡🧡🧡💛💛💛. And my belly is a lil less😳🤩💕. So, i forgot to do the workout 😶 Day 13 : ✅ no chance to skip the workout, only 1 more day to go🤩🤩🌟🌟❤️❤️ Day 14 : ✔️ andddddddddddddd the final day is over 💗💗💗💗💗💗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now let's talk about the results, i don't actually loose any inch, my waist is still 29inches.... im gonna do this every day, so if i remember i will update here day1: almost cried, very hard, got me praying to god and im an atheist (/j) otherwise i feel good, it was refreshing and im excited to continue day2: it was as hard as yesterday, maybe a bit harder since my muscles were aching :D i sweated alot which was nice. i had to take longer breaks and shorten a few cus my shoulder was hurting (nothing to do with this work out tho) still excited to continue day3: it felt easier in some parts :0 of course i still felt pain in my stomach cus previous sessions, but it felt like things were going a bit smoother. also i feel like my abs are a bit more defined? im pretty thin and the last time i properly worked out was when i was 11 aka 6 years ago (i danced ballet) so ig its got something to do with it. anyways im not as out of breath after finishing like yesterday or the day before, this is nice 👍 day4: i was really tired so i almost didnt do this today, but i still decided to cus ik it wont do me any good to miss a day :D i think if i miss a day it would be hard for me to start again lol. anyways it went okay, as i said i was really tired so it wasnt that pleasant but yeah went nicely day5: went well, tho i had to cut a few of them a bit short cus my arms were failing me :p day6: it went really well! i didnt sweat as much as before and im not as much out of breath :0 day7: one week done! im proud of myself :) it was somewhat easy today, which is nice day8: it went well! i was really tired tho, but i did good :) was really tired tho day9: i did great today! it went really smoothly :) day10: went really well! im proud of myself :))) day11: nothing much to say anymore, im doing well! went really smoothly :) day12: i did so well!!! i didnt stop the video at all to take longer breaks! im very proud of myself :000 day13: got hurt in pe so i skipped this day :( day14: went really well! i took only 15 sec breaks and everything went smoothly :) day15: went perfectly !!! i didnt even notice i had made it to the end so smoothly, so nice 👍 day16: no extra breaks, everything went really well! day17: my periods started early but i still did the work out and it went well 👍 day18: i did this very well, proud of myself! (even tho its 1.40am) day19: i did very well! had almost no trouble day20: i forgot to tie my hair, but i did good! went very smooth :) day21: i hurt my toe a bit before so some exercises were a bit difficult, but overall it went well 👍 day22: my toe didnt hurt, i did really well, was very easy 👍 day23: went really well! my body always cracks and pops so bad during the last excercise lolol day24: i fell asleep on the couch with my cat so i missed this day 😭 day25: went really well! i barely broke a sweat day26: i did so good! everything felt easy :) also about results, my abs are defenitely more defined, but idk if this has flattened my stomach much. i also havent changed my diet much so that could be why :) and my waist, it was around 64cm last time i checked i think? day27: almost a month! today went really smooth :) day28: i did really well! i was really tired tho, but i did good

@@baby2009... try some of her programs. Like the 4week full body transformation or the 4 week get fit. Or the smaller ones like 15day visible abs if you are a biggener. Her workouts for me are very effective and work better than any other fitness influencencer

Im gonna update here so ill have more motivation. Im planning on doing it for 14 days or more idk..👀 Start- Waist: 73cm/28inch Weight: 56.2 kg/123ibs -------------------------------------- Day 1: ✅ i felt my belly burns, i used to do a lot of sport till 2 months ago so it wasn't extremely hard but i definitely felt it working, when i was done i was sweating so much!! Day 2: ✅ had less time to do it but still found the time! Its was less hard but i still end up sweaty. Day 3: ✅ I don't know if that's possible but im already seeing some small changes in my waist, I start doing stretch before and after i really recommend doing that!!! Day 4: ✅ okay i know its probably bc i checked my weight on the evening but im 55.4 now:) * im adding some more videos* did the workout with my lil bro today!! Day 5: ✅ it was really hard for me because i got my period and it hurts but still i made it! Already see some small changes in my body:) Day 6: × couldn't do it i wasn't home or at a place i can do it Day 7: like day 6 Day 8: ✅ did it i feel very tired and my legs did shake a little at yhe beginning Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: --------------------------- I hope i wont lose motivation because i really want to be satisfied with my body, also i hope i will see results! if your new to working out and doing exercises like this, it'll hurt for a while, but if you keep doing these every day atleast. your body will indure to it, keep it up guys. 💕

This workout was definitely difficult and I couldn’t make it to 40 seconds but could do at least 35 seconds in some of them. The last one though💀 I could barely lift my legs half way and I was trying my best. But I did finish it without giving up which makes me happy

day 1: ✅felt like throwing up and i had to take several breaks. day 2: ✅couldn’t do it due to me startin my heavy period. (did another exercise vid instead). day 3: ✅was able to do 3 vids though i took a few breaks, i got it done. day 4: ✅ was done quicker but i lost motivation so i had struggled w a few of them.
