If you struggle with overall mobility, walking, and moving around, then this 14 minute indoor walking routine is for YOU!
All of these indoor walking/marching exercises shown today are low impact and designed for seniors, elderly and older adults.
These exercises are perfect for beginner and novice level alike, and can be performed daily!
Pair my exercises with a strong healthy diet and the results will start to show! “When in doubt, walk it out!”

Hi I just found your channel and you are awesome! I recently found out I have osteoporosis. I heard something about not twisting or bending the spine as it could cause a pathological fracture. I just was careful and modified a few times. I do a lot of seated workouts but my goal is to do more standing. I think you are going to fit the bill. Thanks ❤
