❤From Barcelona, greetings Deron, I love it, I have had a right knee replacement for nine months now, my recovery has been great, I stay active with exercises sitting in a chair, my legs are strong, I can stand for a long time and walk without crutches from time to time. mountain walking poles, I don't take medication, I'm 66 years old and I feel very well, thank you!! 🙏

❤ love this. I walk around my house every morning and include 7 single up and down steps in the walk. This way I watch my cell phone and you do the counting for me 👍. Thank you for your expertise. Would also like to see some stretches 😊

I've suffered from extremely low energy for years. I've addressed my diet, my sleep, and try to get plenty of exercise. My doctor has run my blood work several times, and everything is within range. Blood sugars are normal, cholesterols are normal, my liver is fine. But sometimes just getting up to get a glass of water is a chore.

I have that. It's awful. Last night, after my friend told me she's suffering the same condition, I've just decided to send her a few of Deron's videos. She hasn't exercised for years. Deron's routines have truly benefited me.
