What is a 21 day yoga challenge?
This is a 21-day online workshop wherein we will practice yoga together everyday for 21 days.
Our Satvic Health Educator, Ms Radhika Gupta will guide you through an hour long session every morning on Zoom. You can expect every session to be a combination of practising asanas and pranayama along with gaining deep knowledge of the yogic philosophy.

Hi Satvic Yoga Team, I have been doing satvic yoga sessions consistently from past 2 weeks. And I feel so great. I work as software engineer so I have to sit for long hours seeing screens and coding. I get alot of shoulder and neck pain. Please give some yoga exercises for neck relief.

*Main 13 saal ki age se cooking kar raha hu...maine soch lia hu ki abb mujhe Chef hi banna hai but mere parents bolte hai ki Bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi kr paoge yeh sab faltu chiz hai... wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu apne bade bhai ki trah... mere bade bhai ne mujhe samjhaya and usi ne mujhe suggest kia ki apni skill dikhana hai to abhi se start ho jaao... To maine soch lia tha ki main KZbin channel khol kar apni recipe logo ko dikhaunga hi and then 9th class me maine ek channel channel start kia tha but mmy papa mana kr die the ki abhi pdhai me dhyaan do ye sb mat kro 12th ke bad krna jo krna hai...but mne 10th board ke khtm hote hi maine apna new youtube channel "Cooking Beast Ayaz" start kiya... Aur uske baad se regular recipe videos upload kr raha hu ... But likes aur views naa ke barabar aate hai fir b main upload rehta hu mujhe bas logo ko apni skill dikhana hai....* u8js

Koi kam chhota ya bada nhi hota bhai you can do it aap kar sakte ho surubat mai koi nhi manta but apki lagan or mahnat dekh ke perants bhi aapka support Karenge so Apne hope ko khone mat dena😊🤗

Satvik movement,subah please aap chote bacchon pr v vedio banae, unki daily routine kaisi honi chahiye or unka khana, meri beti 4/5 saal ki h usko baar baar sardi khasi ho jati h or jaldi thik nai hoti, fir doctor use antibiotics dete h, use tonsil h jo ki jyada bacchon me pae jati h aap kuch batae? Or bade logon ki majboori ban gai h hair color karwana, safed baal ka kya ilaaj h, koi tarika bataaye taki hair color se chhutkaara mile
