Usually I listen to my podcasts doing nothing. Today I did last week's walking training. I'm very out of fit so couldn't keep up with everything plus as I mentioned I was listening other podcasts doing workout, so I just walked when I couldn't keep up. Was really tired already 5 minutes in 😂 this only shows how much I need your help! Busiest days of year are coming - working in retail.... So morning work out will be positive start!
