This meditation for stress practice invites you to let go of your day, your week, or wherever you are to release stress and reconnect with yourself. This practice is helpful to revisit multiple times whenever you are feeling stressed, anxious, or emotionally heavy, and is also helpful during times of transition in your life, entering new seasons, etc.
