Thanks for always keeping things fresh and interesting Juice and Toya. My band has handles so it made for serious improvisation. Had to pause the video a few times to make sure I positioned it properly but I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! 🇯🇲 Will repeat it next week! 💛🖤💚🆙

Great workout routine. Never sweated so much before using resistance bands. I use a weighted workout vest (25lbs) and tried it with the exercise and I feel good. Keep up the good work. 👍🏾

Just found this! Bit late to the party 🎉 Loved the timer and the pre workout explanation set up thumbnails too. When getting started on using equipment that's new to me, I've found a lot of trainer videos don't show set up and go straight into the movement, so this is great! Thank you xxx

J&T, thank you for making this workout. I have never done one of these before with the band, but you have inspired change in me since I began doing your workouts and I something in me told me to give it a try. Well I have to say that I am hooked on not only your workouts, but now there is a variation with the band that really compliments the dumbbell routines. I dug out an old red band with handles that was decorating my closet for years and although it was not as easy as the ones you use, it really did feel good. I’m getting a couple of your black OBLA bands before they run out! Thank you for all that you do, it’s hard work to put these videos out there for us.

You two are my new favorite trainers. I tried to get into different Beachbody programs but couldn't because I never really liked the trainers. They were always annoying in their own different ways. Very nice, I dont have the same kind of resistance bands. I have the ones with the handles on the end, However i substituted with my dumbells for some of the exercises. I think your presentation and music is great! Thanks

Almost didn’t make it through 😂 and I definitely had to cop out and do regular push-ups. Thank you for the set up display. I was able to figure out how to make the resistance band I already had work, but I may still need yours. Idk Another great one. This is great for trying to stay consistent when traveling too
