This was awesome! I turned 60 this year, lost my husband 2 years ago, graduated this year with my 2nd masters degree (with our son!), held a 4.0 GPA throughout the program and decided that it's time to refocus on me! Sixty is Sexy!!! Thank You so much for this!!!

I started doing this easy routine about three weeks ago. After two weeks of sporadically doing it I noticed a huge change one day. I teach online, so I see myself everyday on the computer screen - the puffy eyes, the chin wobble, the flabby arms. I had been wearing long sleeves for most of the two weeks, so I hadn't seen any changes. Then a warm spell hit, and I wore a short sleeved t-shirt in class. The arm flab was noticeably reduced! And in just a few weeks! Thanks for making working out so easy and fun, again!

My favorite part of this workout were the uplifting comments. My favorite was, “You don’t stop moving when you get old; you get old when you stop moving.” THAT was highly motivational. I need to get that printed on a shirt and wear that shirt when I exercise.

Loved these two workouts!! I find myself at age 69 feeling badly that I cant do some of the hard core exercising I was once able to do and really appreciated your shout out to the women over age 65,it made me really appreciate what I AM able to do at my age!You are fabulous and I appreciate you and all you do to bring these workouts to us!!

great workouts, kept up, didn't get out of breath at all, doing it together with my wife, ages 73 and 72. Works just as well for men - can't see that it wouldn't. Keep them coming

I love this kind of workout! It feels so exhilarating and gives a sense of accomplishment when you've pushed through it!😃🎉 FEEDBACK: Yes, I was starting to sweat toward the end, and was still able to talk to my neighbor friend during the workout. We have been encouraging each other for a little over a month now, and getting together at my house during the week in the morning. We stumbled upon your videos, and I must say, wr are so blessed by your enthusiasm and grace!❤️ Thank you for being on KZbin for those of us who need that gentle push to get up and get moving our bodies. There's no judgement, no intimidation or shame, and we love the fact that your videos are DOABLE! We are both in our late 40's, but are very overweight, so we really do appreciate you and for considering people who may not be as mobile or limber as they once were. What a workout! Thank you for being such an encouragement. I always remember your pep talks to keep moving everyday. I also have been encouraged to drastically cut sugar out of my diet. Twenty pounds less to carry around has been wonderful!

Hi Schellea, thank you for this new challenge. I did the 14-day challenge during the summer lost weight then gained confidence. I am 54 and give a shout out to all 65-year-olds and over who are doing this challenge. I started out at 188 and now I weigh 170. I hope to be down to 160 by the new year. You have truly been an inspiration.

I'm definitely sweating and I reached 156 during the fast part, but I don't find the music to be inspirational or easy to work out to, and that's very important to me so I don't think I'll be doing this one again. Thanks for posting anyway!

Thank you again, Schellea! I love your workouts and they are so varied that there is always one which suits my goals and energy levels. I am working hard to get myself in trim and keep myself active. I have wrist weights and add the bottles of water for extra weight. I have tried, or looked at, many other trainers but I like your focus, your background music and specially your voice. You are encouraging and inclusive. I am 76 and my body is better now than it has been for decades. I may be old but I still want to look attractive and most of all to stay healthy. :)

I love this one so much, I was determined to do it even though by this time of day (6 pm here) try to keep to stretches or , say, seated abs. Not being hard on myself just because I had to take it at a slightly slower pace. Promising myself I'll get to this workout next time in the morning. I didn’t get right through but gave it a good go. I have lung disease so get breathless very quickly. Can you possible do a modified video that caters for people over 50 with lung/ heart disease so we can stay as fit a possible please🙏🏻

Thanks so much for your whole channel. I am 56, and have gotten overweight and out of shape in the last 2 years due to major life changes (caregiving to parents etc has disrupted my normally active life.) I just discovered your channel a week ago and it's been a breath of fresh air! I have a Hydrow machine I work out on every morning, but have added in your videos after that, and I can tell you-- I do sweat. They are great! HAPPY NEW YEAR, as normal i am always late to the party . But having COVID over christmas i decided to step right back into your workouts this morning which i LOVE. I did the christmas workout 😂 followed by this 15minute walking workout . Feeling positive and mentally happy right now . Thank you and heres to joining you in 2022 🥰👋

Hi been doing your work outs for about 2 weeks now and this was the most effective for me in terms of getting my heart rate up and challenging me. Initially I wasn't impressed at the thought of 5 minutes walking but after 3 mins my body started jogging ... now that was amazing and unexpected 😍. Thanks for being so lovely and inspirational ❤

I'm sweating, and I feel amazing I'm 54 yrs old,. and I feel strong, and healthy. Ever since I joined your work out videos..l went back to the size . When I was 17 years old, so thank for allowing GOD to help us to get our ideal weight.

Hello Ms Fabulous 🌷🌷. I've been doing your 30 mins work out since June for more. Not on a daily basis but 2 to 3 times a day. My work limits my time tho. And I'm happy to tell you that it really did am amazing changes in my life. I lost my belly fat and bat wings. Oh by the way, I stand 5'3 tall weight 52 before I started doing workouts and it's quite normal. And my blood chem result was okay. Overall I'm more than healthy at my age at the moment. I have just one question for you... Is it safe to continue the 30mins fat burning exercise without me losing too much weight? I lose weight now plays at 48 to 50 kgs. I still want to continue my work out to build my energy and maintain a nice body as well. My stats 36-27-36 and I'm 58 and weights 50. Any suggestion on what kind of exercise I should be having to maintain a healthy and normal body Stat? Thank you so much, dear. Appreciate your help. I'm a fan. Have a wonderful day.
