I LOVED this one - probably the best one yet - because it was not too high impact, had walking breaks in between, addressed many body parts, not too long, and the music was spot on! Thank you & please keep making the great content!

I just started with these workouts. I worked out at the gym for about 2 years, but became really sick and couldn’t workout for almost 2 months. I’m in my 50’s and needed something with low impact and easy enough to do to get back into my workout routine. I love these workout videos! Something I will be doing for a long time! With a 15 minute workout, I can do it during lunch to help get me the afternoon!

I am really loving all of your videos!! I just love the whole way you present these. I love that they we are not doing several repetitions of the same movement and the fact that you use high energy music in the background(a must for me!) and that you don't talk all throughout the video..only what is needed...I never had to exercise much before and still kept a pretty good shape and the reason that I didn't do it much because I HATE gyms and never found any exercise videos I could stick with...but now I am 54, and due to menopause I have been gaining weight and belly fat. I have been doing your videos consistently for about three months and I can see a difference in my stomach and my back doesn't get as achy as it did before...thank you very much💗

I loved the work outs, I do the arms for flab, and the fat burner walk in doors for 15minutes they have really helped me a lot, for the first time in my life, my hips and sides are going away, I can now sit in those small chairs at the doctor's office. Thanks again you are God sent.👍💙♥️

I have tried many work-out videos on you tube and a lot of them are very hard on your neck and back. I am 48, a chiropractor, trained in physiology and rehabilitation. I love these videos and am so happy to have found them. She offers the most ergonomically correct (with options to modify) exercises working key core muscles that I’ve found over the years we must keep strong. Exercise and strength is not about tearing your body down, it’s about picking the right exercises and doing them correctly and regularly that will have the biggest impact on our bodies and quality of life as we age. She’s got it right!

I've been doing this every day for almost a month now - on my lunch break. It is such a great way to work up my heart rate and get moving. I work a desk job and have to sit way too long at times. I’m 60yrs old and today was my 1st day of working out. In the past I had a knee operation which was useless and other medical issues like High Blood Pressure and Hypothyroidism. I gained over 32lbs from the medication and not working out as often as I use to do. I’m at 265lbs but that won’t last because I’m finally in the Mindset to fight Obesity 🥊 😂 I’m leaving all the issues and conditions in the past! I’m on intermittent fasting and I’m meal prepping 2xs a week. This workout was Outstanding!!! It went by so fast and I look forward to doing it tomorrow and every day👍🏽 Thank you 🙏🏽

I recently found your videos and I'm thrilled. Love this one especially. I was always in good shape with daily walking and yoga, stationary bike, then trends through the years..aerobics, jazzercise, tae bo etc Best shape at 40. Then back and neck disc problems from car and motorcycle accidents in my 20'sand couldn't exercise anymore. 10 years later I'm 50 lbs heavier. Now thanks to your great exercise regimens I can piece together a workout or just do one depending on what my body allows, but to be able to workout again brings me pure joy. Thanks for a great workout. I take advantage of these workouts by eliminating all dairy and oils from my diet. I have dropped 20 pounds and it has stayed off since July 2023. I feel energized and working out with your video has helped me to stay in shape. My doctor is so happy for me. She said to do cardio, and I am. I am over 70 and feel blessed for the help I have received along the way. I am not on a diet. I have always eaten organic foods with low carbs, but once I gave up dairy and watched the “good oil” intake the weight just melted away. Oils, good and bad, are in many simple foods. So no more crackers or chips. Processed foods are the worst for oils. You have to read the labels. I do not feel deprived of any foods. I love not having a belly. I can tuck my shirt in my jeans and feel ‘light”.

Thank you!! Change of career 4 years ago along with menopause and now 30 lbs heavier, sigh:-( Just found this workout and feel motivated to keep moving! 🙋🏼♀️

When I started a few months ago I couldn't hold my arms up for 30 seconds in a row and now I can and it feels great.

Oh my happy stars!! Thank you for posting this!! I actually finished a WHOLE 15 min workout...i haven't been able to do but about 9 to 10 min of one. Thank you for the encouragement thru out the video. That along with your bubbly personality it made it not feel like work. I am just starting my journey at 53 years old and way overweight. so it was not easy by any means for me to do this but so worth it!!! Thank you again!!

Schellea: I’ve been collecting your workouts, creating my own special playlist of short workouts to mix and match. For me, at 76 with knee issues, I enjoy everything I’ve collected, and this 15 minute workout is one of my favorites.

I was dancing with you and I love how you make me feel like a champ. I did it and I did sweat a little bit. I did ABS yesterday so on to the stretch I break it up throughout the week; I already had a daily exercise diary in place and every now and again I switch out the things that I do and yesterday on my journey to finding some different things is when I found you and glad I did.
