Your videos are great! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia early this year in addition to anxiety disorder. Your videos are just the thing I need to start my day, and I love how you break the movements and everything is just so calming. Please keep up the good work!!

As usual, love your session. Do u have any tips on how we can do to make it easier to straighten the leg when in lunge position .. That's the part I struggle with.

Thank you! Are you talking about the pose ardha hanumanasana that targets the hamstrings? This is when we are trying to straighten the front leg and the back knee is on the mat. This is a very challenging pose, so give yourself time, and also you could use two blocks (one for either hand) to help lift the torso away from the leg. This way you can try to lengthen the spine as well as work towards straightening the front leg. Hope that helps x
