Hi Imi, I do about an hour of exercise per day with your videos. I dan do them in the office, at home, during lunch breaks or in the morning or evening. Thank you Imi, my mother is around 50+ she's preparing for meno pause and your exercise helps a lot, I need to lose weight for a special event in December, and I lose 2 kilos already... it's easier for us to keep up since the movement is not hard and not that fast... looking forward to doing more of your exercise... thank you for the additional info as well, you have very good videos about health and wellness.. I am 66, totally unfit (but I used to be really good at yoga when younger) and I managed to get through the whole exercise and not give up. Just the right amount of movement, exhaustion and feel good. Was fun and I do it again tomorrow, maybe I loose my fat and feel fitter. Thank you, you are now my favourite fitness instructor.

I did this exercise after having green tea. And i did it twice in a week now with 2-3 days gap. My belly had grown a lot and was very flabby. After a week my belly is tight and i lost 1 inch.

Had to go off for about a week due to other commitments, but I’m back now 😅 I want to see how my body is after doing a month of this training. I did about 2 weeks and noticed a small difference so I have high hopes after a month 🤩 Starting again today!! Day 1!

This video is perfect for me. I am trying to add in more cardio workouts to burn fat but keep gaining muscle by lots of weightlifting and this video is great! Plus I had to get my knees replaced and I no longer do much high impact so this is the best!

I’ve just done this long workout and got tired the last five minutes but I pushed through. I’ve been in bed for ten years and I’ve always tried your exercises on and off. I really pushed this one and succeeded. I’m a seventy year old and was always very thin but lying in bed takes a toll on your body so I decided to go for it and hoping to keep it up and get my body and confidence back.

Because it's cold, slippery and dark outside I don't want to go outside. I remembered you have walking exercise. After doing it I feel better, even my nausea after eating not so healthy food is gone. When you can move in your living room, you have no excuses left.💃

I ve been doing your videos since october, october until december every day up to 2 hours and in that time I lost 5kg and reduced my waist and belly 6cm, then I continued at march until now, every day between 2 and 4 videos and I lost another 3kg 😃🥳 but my waist (and belly) doesnt lost more cm… why it doesnt work to smallen my waist more?
