O_O) - I don't think I did all of them :( Day 9: This video + 20 min Legs, Thighs & Calves. Yes, one more day done! Day 10: Dance practice (Done) Day 11: 30 min Full Body Workout Day 12: Skipped Day 13: This video + 10 min Lower Abs. YASSSSS~ Day 14: 20 min Belly & Thigh, 20 min HIIT (Today is a bit easier... Done!) Day 15: This VID, 20 min Leg & Booty :D one more downnn Day 16: Dance practice Day 17 Dance practice + Burpee Workout Day 18 Dance practice + 10 min Calves Stretch Day 19 Dance practice + Abs workout Day 20 This video + Burpee Workout... Can't believe I finished them all! YASSS Update: I lost 4 lbs (from 123 --> 119) when I tried to eat clean + exercise. But because my love for delicious food is too big, I quit eating clean :D. My weight stays the same tho (~119, 120). I feel my body got fitter even when my weight stays the same (~119 lbs). Update 2 (09/21): My current weight is 116 lb. I do Emi's and Pamela's workouts interchangeably now. I don't limit my food options - though, I try to not get super full every time I eat (except for super yummy food). I'm pretty happy with my current body shape. I can see my cute abs when I'm not super full. Tee hee.

(Results at end of comment) I’ll try and update this every day and tell you my results when I finish! Started 12/10/20 Day 1 ✅ I could feel the burn in my abs while I was doing it! Definitely targets the right areas! Day 2 ✅ I have some problems with my knee so I had to substitute the jumping ones with Russian twists and plank exercises. Day two complete :) Day 3 ✅ Day 4✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6✅ Day 7✅ Day 8 (forgot to update the comment but I did complete it!) ✅ Day 9✅ Day 10✅ Day 11✅ Day 12✅ Day 13✅ Day 14✅ Results: I really recommend this!! I didn’t bulk up, but instead really toned my abs. I can see much more defined obliques. I haven’t seen too much change in my thighs because they are personally a difficult area for me to burn, but I think I lost about quarter to half an inch on both. (I’m not very accurate at measuring so this may be more or less). I think that doing this workout for longer will give more defined results, but I was really pleased with my ab transformation! Do it guys! No pain no gain! It works and is 100% worth it. Do it for yourself and you’ll see how much you are capable of in just two weeks!

I'll start this workout today. Weight 59 kg Day1: done 💯% Day 2: done 💯% it was so hard but "no pain no gain!" Day 3: done 💯 % Day 4: done 💯 % it was pretty fun! Day 5: done 💯 % I am starting to see that my thighs have gotten muscular and I am so excited! Day 6: even though I wasn't supposed to, I worked out for 50 min. I also did the stretch. I feel so much stronger than day 1 Day 7: I couldn't do the workout today bcs me n my family went on a hike. Day 8: I did today's two workouts and an extra 20 min Tabata workout by Emily Wong Day 9: I did today's workout as well. Day 10: I did today's two workouts and also did the new 45 min workout from Emi Wong. I can't believe I worked out for more than 1 hour! Day 11: I did the workouts in the description and the new 45 min workout from Emily Wong. I did a total of 85 min today! Tomorrow is thanksgiving and even though I don't celebrate it, I'll be taking a break! My body is so much stronger and I love it! Day 12: I went on a hike today and we got lost. I am pretty sore in my calves so I won't be working out today. Day 13: since I skipped yesterday's workout, I did that workout today and the 45 min new workout from Emi Day 14: DONE DONE DONE! I loved the burped workout! It felt great and I can't believe I completed this challenge. I'll have the after weight written down tomorrow. Results: I am now 57.75 kg. I have a lot more muscle and am much more stronger.

Today is the second day of this workout! I still had to take short 2-3 second breaks now and then, but overall I think I'm doing better than yesterday! I will update this comment every day ^^ I started losing weight a week or two ago, I already lost almost 3kg (78.9 --> 75.9, but it can go up and down sometimes), I'm 1.68m and my goal for now is 70kg (my before-the-quarantine weight). I've been doing Emi's other workouts for almost a week now. day 1: 77.8 done day 2: 75.9, done day 3: 75.8, done. Today I did less stops than yesterday! I'm wondering when I will be able not to stop at all day 4: 75.5, done. For the first time I didn't stop during Runner Abs, I'm so happy ^^ Hollow leg drop is still the hardest one for me day 5: 77.0 done. Today is the first day of my periods, I gained 1.5 kg, but it's ok :) I still stop sometimes, especially during Hollow leg drop. But I feel like I'm slowly getting used to this workout day 6: rest, 76.0 day 7: 75.8, done! For the first time I didn't stop during Hollow leg drop yay! day 8: 76.7, done! day 9: 75.0, done day 10: 74.6, done ^^ day 11: 74.4, rest day 12: 76.1, done!

Gonna do this🔥🔥🔥 Day 1 - ✅ (was okay. Missed some seconds at jumping. But felt good at the end of the workout) Day 2 - ✅ (omg i am dying😭. I did her 2 weeks abs & legs program. These are my results! Waist: 27" to 26-26.5" (- ~.75") Hips: 36.3" to 35.5" (-0.8") Calves: 13" to 12.8" (-0.2") Thighs: 21.5" to 20.7" (-0.8") Weight: 118.6 to 116.6 (-2 lbs) I didn't change my diet much (was already eating fairly clean) and went for 30-45 min walks about 4 days a week. I am most happy about my loss in inches in my waist because last time I had a waist this small was when I was 21 and only 105 lbs :o

Emi is the best❤❤ i have tried several workouts for years now but this is the 1st time I am seeing some results. This two weeks challenge which she mentioned in the beginning helped me a lot . I lost a lot of cellulite and 6cm around my belly and also lost some thigh fat😊😊😊 I am starting with her slim legs workout now.

This was the LAST DAY🥳🥳 of the 2 week abs and legs workout and I would jus like to say I not only can see my abs and have more toned legs, but I am mentally stronger too. My body now is used working out and I don’t get tired that much. I did intermittently fast from 12pm-8pm if you were wondering abt the diet. I didn’t rlly restrict myself that much. I feel like if I did I would see better results but nonetheless I do see change. THX SO MUCH EMI🙏💖💖💖

Start from : 15/10/2020 End: 1/11/2020 Height : 5'1 Weight:44 kg Day 1- ☑️ done Day 2 - ☑️ done Day 3 - ☑️ done but i skipped a few excersise Day 4 - ☑️ done Day 5 - ☑️ done ( i skipped last 2 excersise as i was so tired and didn't have energy to continue the excersise 😅😅) Day 6 - ☑️ done Day 7- ☑️ done , but i did it for 25 minutes only as i am sick now 😅 Day 8 - ☑️ done Day 9 - ☑️ done , but i skipped last 3 excersise as i was sweating like hell!! But i did 5-10 minutes of stretch today. Day 10- ☑️ done Day 11- ☑️ done Day 12 - ☑️done Day 13- ☑️ done Day 14- ☑️ done Yes there's a difference in my thighs , but it's not a huge difference . Before : my thighs were 20 inches After : my thighs are 19.2 inches Arms are same and yes my belly fat has reduced Now , I'm gonna do 30 days thighs challenge and will update .

IM GONNA DO THIS TOMORROW! * since I just found this new program and today I had already do workout * I will kept updating guyss Day 1 : 👌 I can't believe I was able to finish today's workout! My feet feels so tired to even move a single step after finishing this workout 😭. Day 2 : 👌 IT'S really tough you guys! I even think to rest and even stop in the middle, but I manage not to do it. IF you really have the will to continue and wish to make change on your body, I believe you will pass this! Day 3 : 👌 welp I'm gonna say today workout is tougher then yesterday! My legs going jelly like it has no power after this workout. It is woble woble every time. I lost my balance even when I'm doing a small movement. But I felt it 🔥 Day 4 : 👌 nailed it! Wow 😮 both my thighs are on fire 🔥!! Day 5 : 👌you guys Just see how I'm going to rock this workout WAHAHA 🔥 Day 6 : 👌 You guys know what I was thinking while doing this whole dam- workout ? 'Just f- do it your best girl . Tommorow you've got whole day to just sly your f body" Is highkey motivate me. Ps : Shiet! @@dhanvitha8326 just pace yourself. Do it slowly and consistent. Don't force your body to work too much or running too fast. It can have serious consequences for your body and brain. Over-exerting yourself could actually undo the results you worked hard to get. Enjoy your process okay! Fightingg

@Mariana Rostam SK06c I usually do this once a day but I am also doing her slim legs video plus going on walks and trying to eat healthy!! I am seeing results, like I can see a line forming on the sides of my thighs so I guess that means some muscle is being formed? But other than that I feel much stronger mentally and physically!! I hope this answered your question :D Emi is the best!!

@Mariana Rostam SK06c Yeah it is the slim legs in 20 days one. Not seeing results sucks, I've found that my legs are the toughest when it comes to actually seeing any change ( I am still working on seeing any huge change!! 😬). All I can suggest is that you also target all areas of your leg and glutes. I also try to stretch either before or after every workout, I do this one; kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y16wfqRsfpVqmJY . You could do any stretching video honestly. Also, all of this was just out of my own experience, I don't have any proper training or knowledge of exercising and stuff.

i’ll be writing down my own personal journey doing this exercise day 1: i started this exercise, i felt really sweaty, the bike one and the running abs for me burnt the most, had to take a lot more time on the breaks, but it was a good exercise! i felt a bit lighter after doing this exercise!! ♡ day 2: yesterday exercise left me really sore, but by the end of it i see a slightly small change in my stomach it's not too noticeable but i feel lighter like yesterday! ♡ day 3: started my period, so this was really hard for me, because I got dizzy through the work out a little bit. from doing this work out i think the hallow leg lifts the the hardest for me, i have to do them in intervals, :) but so far I’m staying strong! i check my weight at the end of the day after i eat dinner, i don’t see too much of a weight difference, but my stomach feels different always after doing this work out day 4: completed the workout, nothing to say much :) day 5: completed day 6: complete!! this was tough :(( after doing this exercise for a few days now, i see some subtle changes, but i think it will take me a while to get abs! i'm still going tho :) day 7: completed, i feel exhausted, even after doing this for a week, these exercises really burn day 8: complete! i love this workout :( but im not seeing many changes, so maybe i will have to pair this workout with something else day 9: complete!! day 10: complete! day 11: complete day 12: complete T^T day 13: complete, almost done with this two week challenge! video! i will say that this exercise has helped me reduce a bit of my stomache, but i think that is it! will still continue doing emi's workouts! day 14: finished this two week challenge!! i want to say that i saw some changes, but I feel like they are mostly minor. I did lose a bit of belly fat but I did not get a flat stomache, and that might have been because of how my body is shaped. I am so glad i was able to complete this work out, it makes me feel more motivated to do more challenges, and do month long program exercises! thank you emi!

i saw a lot of comments about others procedure so i want to write mine too. 2 weeks before i decided that i need to start work out and eath healthy because im not proud of my body. i lost 2 kg after 2 weeks and im really proud of it, and now i want to start this 2 weeks shred. day1: i thought that i will take more breaks during the workout. it was a little bit hard for me and im very tired but it felt soooo good. im so happy that i made it and did not stop after 5 minutes.✅ day2: yes, im done. the second day was a bit more challenging for me, but it also felt really good. keep up with the work guys, its worth it!✅ day3: there were 2 exercises, which were a little bit hard to make but i tried my best. even if i felt the pain, i kept doing it and im so proud of myself, good job my body!✅ day4: today we went out eat in mcdonalds so i put 110% energy in todays workout. my friends see that my body shape is getting better, so im really thankful emi!❤️✅ day5: yey its done✅ day6: rest day is done✅ day7: done✅ but im not proud because i eat so much today and i skipped the second video because for me it was too difficult:( day8: yey, the second week begins!✅ i lost 1kg again on the third week of my diet, so guys, keep on, it is really worth it!! day9: done✅ im being honest, todays workout was my favorite!❤️ day10: done again✅ and it felt amazing✨ day11: i know its a surprise but DONE✅ day12: todays exercise was definitly also one of my favorite workout. the second second is just chef’s kiss✨oh, and the usual word: done✅ day13: another rest day done✅

I finished my 15th day today! Do I look like a kpop idol now? Far from it! Do I notice anything changing in my abs and legs? Just a tiny bit. But hey🌝! I think that it is still progress. The exercise was hard af but everyday I look forward to do them after work ended. So thank you Emi for making all of these wonderful, painful vids. Will continue to work ok my abs and legs until I feel (and hopefully look) like lee hyori ⭐️ To those of you out there who expect something significant from your body after 15 days, it’s not really going to happen. But please keep working on it. Your belly and thigh fat did not build up in 15 days, and therefore will take more than 15 days to go away. But you’ll get there, so cheer up and “let’s goo” 🌻

Tip for this exercise 1. Cut down on portions and try eat healthier foods 2. You have to feel the pain to gain 3. Consistency is key 4. Try do this in the morning, on a flat surface It gradually gets easier each time. xx

I'm sorry for not update the results. this work out is not work with me, my thigh is not change about the measure because i'm not on diet and do not it frequently. But my thigh looks slimmer than before❤️❤️❤️
