Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT EXPRESS WORKOUT with a super quick warm up and cool down included. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I loved this one! I like how you make each exercise have multiple moves in it. Makes it way more interesting. Sometimes repetitive weight training workouts get so boring! Not this one. Would love something like this one but longer too! Thank you!

I loved this one,and glad it’s short enough as I’ve already completed a LOT today! I’m also doing a MetCon program, other short cardio plus toning routines similar to this one plus an extra four hours of rehabilitation daily for the entire month of April (required in France after any heart procedure and it’s tough but great!). So I loved adding this one to today’s work! Thank you so much Mikala! ❤❤

These are perfect to fit into the days routines. I do a morning qigong routine to get my body moving and there are days when I don’t have the 30-40 minutes more to spare. Without these quick in and done workouts I would not get any muscle sculpting. Thank you for helping! 🙏

This was perfect for me! My go-to video, back in the day, was Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. However, I am now 59 and I need the same results but less time involved - I found what I NOW need in your workouts. I work out no more than 20 minutes and see how my body is changing...thank you❤
