Join me for a 35 minute FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT. Some movements will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. The warm up and cool down are also be included. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I am 63 and have been doing only yoga, but my muscles were not being challenged enough. I had a bulged disk which caused the worst pain of my life, and realized that I needed to strengthen my muscles. I started your classes about a month 1/2 ago and first I could only do 15 minute-classes with 3 lb weights and now I'm doing the 35 minute-class with 5 lbs weights!! Yes, Yes ! I feel so much better and stronger!! Thank you!

Honestly, I've tried other fitness videos, and I keep coming back to Mikala. Just love, love, love your workouts!!! This one was great. Love that it was a little longer. Staying with you.

it's so helpful having your talk through the movements and it actually makes the time go by faster since i'm concentrating on making sure I'm doing executing each movement correctly! I also prefer your longer workouts with warm up and cool downs!

This one is still one of my favorites. A little longer, and compound movements that are all leg or all arm so I can find the right weight to challenge myself.

Great workout! I love how you get so much variety in a short period of time. My only criticism would be that sometimes I need a little stretch between moves. For instance, after the side planks, I felt I needed to do a couple cat/cows to stretch my back before hopping up to standing. Maybe it's because I'm a bit older , but I would think others would benefit as well. I'm really glad i discovered you - keep 'em coming!

I would suggest you do a full 5 min stretch before you do her workouts and a full 5 min or more cool down after her workouts. I am older too and notice alot of the workouts on KZbin do not include an adequate enough warm up and cool down. Therefore I just prepare myself ahead of time to know I am going to have to get a warm up and cool down in addition to these workouts on my own.

Great workout- thanks! I like the warmup & cooldown included as well. Have you ever thought about adding a full length progress bar or indicator. Could be a bar at bottom of screen or number of exercises remaining that counts down. Would help to know how much longer/ how far along in workout! Just an idea.

I am 61 and have been subscribed a long time but for whatever reason stopped doing your workouts. i am so glad you popped back up on my feed. its been 3 days of workouts this week. i love the weights and pace you move at. i am able to focus on the moves and form vs. these fast pace full body workouts where i feel i can get hurt. thank you, heres to the next one.....

Thank you. The slower moves allow us to concentrate on form. My biggest challenge is the lunges, because my mat starts sliding on our tile floor adding more balance challenge.
