Literally after just 3 days I started seeing my legs slim down and become more toned! This workout is also pretty fun! and I'm definitely not a workout guru. Definitely recommend!!

Hi emi, I just wanted to thank you. I started doing your workouts just over a year ago. I wanted to lose weight but I thought it was impossible, I thought I would just give up. Listen the first day I did this I was KO and the next day I couldn't properly sit because of the pain. But I'm on my 5th day now and the moves are getting easier. So don't give up. Judging by the pain and sweat I think it should do something. Planning to do this for a month so I'll update the results.

You cannot isolate fat loss like that. If you do cardio and workout every day, you will lose fat overall which allows fat in your face to lessen as well.

DAY 1 : did it today...a bit difficult for me but anyway did it DAY 2 : did it today too....let's see DAY 3 : did it today too and today i am feeling a bit lighter and having energy..lets see DAY : 4 did it today too...I am. seeing a very little of change in my thighs....okay it started working....let's goo !
