Wow! Sally, thanks for such an amazing workout for moms ❤ this was what I was looking for .. I do try your DR exercises too .. that's also awesome.. could u pls upload high impact HIIT too for postportum moms (DR safe)

That was one great workout Sally, thank you for preparing it! I liked how it integrated various areas of the body without a sole focus on a specific part and how you combined two exercises at the same time. Cool background as well!

That very much depends on which other workouts you are doing. I recommend to do cardio (like this workout) about 2x per week and strength workouts also 2x per week. You can find more workout on my channel. All the best to you.
