I just found KZbin channel. Great videos. I did two of them. Thank you! I live in Taos Ski Valley, NM. Ever been there? I skied this morning with some intermediate skiers and felt I needed more of a workout.

I just added this to my routine, which lower body you have that can go well after this exercise? I typically follow your videos and try to do 2 vids daily one morning and another at nights.

You can do any of the lower body exercises, I personally would do one of the new 20 min lower body workout
