This heart-opening yoga flow invites you to set your intentions around whatever you need for this new season. This is meant to be an energizing and uplifting yoga practice, and you are invited to do this practice around the springtime equinox or at any other point when you need to set new goals and intentions.
This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
Suggested:
1 yoga bolster (or a couple of firm pillows)
2 yoga blocks (or two thick books)
