Hey ive been watching your videos for 2 years now and i have managed to loose 35 pounds keep up the amazing work i wish you more success, and do you mind adding more football/soccer related full body exercises at home that would be very useful. @@TheGainzCenter I'm glad you responded to answer your question first I also played alot of sport and watched my diet. It took ages to find a good channel that could help me loose weight and build muscle at home, and when I found this channel in late 2022 it gave me a visual demonstration on how to loose weight plus tips within the workouts. Every day I've found 1 video after another completing workouts left right and centre and I never felt like stopping until I reached my goal thanks Gainz Center you really mean a lot to me, plus I really enjoyed the Ronaldo workouts, a full body one would be amazing for views thank you.

Beginners should start with once a day first to avoid overtraining and injuries. As you progress week after week and you find it easier, then feel free to do more sets!
