Girl, this Pilates workout was everything, sometimes I naturally add 2-3 lbs of weights when doing your arm workouts, so to have a whole workout using weights made me extremely happy. This workout will be in my rotation of workouts 💕

I started doing these back in January-May 2023 but then I stopped and I couldn’t find the motivation all the time for it I’m back again to try and get back in to the routine again . I’ve got hope this time as I had amazing results last time and I’m hoping to get back in to shape a bit more just before my Holiday in June . I appreciate you so much thank you ❤

just my opinion but when i worked out before eating i saw more results plus your energised after eating because you worked out before it! but after is good as well because you burn off what you ate ❤

I hope this doesn’t sound too rude, I was just wondering! How Can yours “What I ate in a day” videos, be so perfect!? Do you ever ate regular chips/crisp (I dont know what you call them) or do you ONLY eat the EAT REAL chips, like lental/hummus chips? OR do you ever ate something like a cholatebar, like Snickers/Marsbar? Or is it only dates and Dark chocolate? What about cake/cookies you buy? AND when you has freshly bread and cut the end of, do you eat that or drow it out because it seems so perfect eats? I just feel like you only eat so PERFECTLY HEALTHY. And everything have to be the super healthy option. It seems like you can’t just snack on something or eat something without it has to be perfect and look perfect. I KNOW that everyday are different but it seems so perfect and that it has to be perfect/super healthy?? And what you eat also have to be in a balanced diet, but I feel like yours just is super healthy.

Hi! Hip dips are nothing to be insecure/ashamed of, no matter what social media says. They exist because of a person's bone structure! There's literally just a dip in the bone between your pelvis and the top of your femur, so there's no specific workout that will get rid of them
