Hi Tim, I agree with others, I like being in daily practice with you that is sequential - in the for of a challenge. I also wanted to bring up the lower back strain some parents are experiencing now more than before - now that we’re home working and providing education. New physical postures; stooped, rounded, lifting, hugging, carrying- and the stress just stays there. It’s overuse, strain, not so much weakness... I’d love a practice that addresses that please. Tim, yes I am completely up for new one, I am 15 days through your last 30 day challenge and it gives enormous stability. through this lock up time. love also that its outside although I know that does not effect your teaching, which you are brilliant at. so could double up to 2 a day potentially.. its a real anchor. big thanks...🇬🇧

Thank you Tim, i finally got to this class. There is never anything to comment negatively about any parts of your classes; theyre in there because theyre meant to be in there and at that moment in time, i take the opportunity to complete the poses as best i can. The core work today was particularly challenging and i was finally able to hold high boat with straight legs! I give thanks to you and your instruction today. 🙇♀️🙇♀️❣🍀🤗🙏

BRAVO!!! Fabulous class🙏🏼 I typically shy away from POWER yoga classes. But this felt more like a Hatha Flow class which is energetic with breath connection in my knowledge. I could move through the poses comfortably, feeling confident and energized ! I thank you and hope to see more videos similar to this one✨

Yes! I don’t usually follow your challenges in real time (like I am doing the 2020 thirty day challenge now). I have been doing the challenges since 2017, and I was bummed when I no longer had access to the older challenges. I take notes after each session and I have a personal log of those 30 day challenges that are no longer posted. I was just looking at the notes to that challenge with Stacy, Carolyn, Franciska & Jacob the other day and wishing I could do some (Or all) of those sessions again. So yes, I am down with that! Thank you Tim!

Hi Tim, this was a great pace and flow to allow for a strong practice but with a slower breath. I like the 40 minute length as I’m still working at home and I can fit this in before starting at my desk. The absolute best thing is Ollie though, he stretched right on cue today 🐶❤️. Thanks Tim for keeping me positive in the lockdown.
