Always a great class, and a good sweat!! I appreciate the “workout” component in your classes, excellent for strengthening. I also enjoyed the slower pace mixed with a more dynamic one for some specific poses. The options for shavasana is just genius! Thank you, grazie grazie, Tim!! 🙌🏻

Whoo! I felt like I was doing hot yoga in my 63 degree house. Great practice! I really like the option to do the guided or silent savasana at the end.

I Loved this practice and the pranayama at the end was very calm restoring. the only thing was the initial exercise of kneeling and stretching back up... it bothered my knees, I good sign I should keep doing it, so they get the benefit! thank you Tim!

I took this one slowly today as have heavy cold and just tested positive with COVID :( It got me thinking about if there are any classes which are better for when you are unwell but want to keep practicing and and stay active. As always, great class. Thank you Tim

Great variety ! I enjoyed the balances despite the added challenge today of doing practice on cambered deck of our boat while the city ferries drove by 😊added challenges. It’s a glorious morning in Brisbane so I needed to practice outside . Thank you

I have done this Yoga flow everyday since its posting and I have to say, that this flow followed by the guided meditation has been the best I have ever experienced and that is something because I have been practicing with you ,Tim, for many years. Just so well rounded! I cant thank you enough!

Thank you for such a delightful class! I love how you balance the practices so that they are challenging and keep us at the brink, but aren't so difficult that we have to give up. The lunges with the hovering knee are so difficult, but I really enjoy both the stretch and the mind/body component of convincing myself to keep the hold, because I know you never hold the poses for an unreasonable amount of time :)

Love your channel. Do you think you could make a yoga rutene for sick people to release lower back and neck pain? I don't have the energy to do actual yoga, but my body hurts a lot from lying in my bed for a long time
