I have TMJ disorder, and my treatment includes neck and shoulder exercises. After a few weeks, I didn't see any improvement in those areas, so I started daily yoga practices specifically for those areas. I already practiced yoga most days. Anyway, I told my dentist's staff I had better results with yoga than with her exercises. They said, "Great! We think everyone should be doing yoga." Thanks, Kassandra!

@@iranouchka My main online yoga practice is with Kassandra (KZbin channel). You can then do a search for whatever area of the body you want to target. She has videos for all levels, from beginners up. In my opinion, her instructions are easy to follow. Best to you!
