@@unoriginally_dead1649 my calves were with muscles because I played tennis before but I don't play anymore I started to do starching exercise and this exercise too and I'm telling you it really work if you don't give up and keep trying My evidence is if you have muscular claves don't do those work out which has to used a lot effort in your legs and try stretching exercises for your legs and yoga will do . So don't give up and start working fighting ok

Finally, a slimming calves exercise that's just lying on my bed lol edit: didn't expect this blew up lol, for everyone asking I did this for about 2 weeks and my calves slimmed down a bit. I don't really measure but I can see my calves toned a bit... I'm now doing some cardio, strength training together with some pilates in my workout routine. I can finally say, I lose some weight I was 56kg before and now I'm 52kg! I also noticed that my arms got slimmer, and my legs got toned. I also eat food thats rich in protein and fiber. To everyone who's planning to start working out, this is your sign. We got this!💜

It obviously works because y'all basically are doing a lymphatic drainage every time you do this. You get rid of access water like that so you slim down. Pointing your foot and pulling it back activates your muscles which also helps with the drainage. Also, the legs up the wall part will give you a nice cooling sensation and helps to calm you down if you're stressed or anxious :)

If you want slim legs, do the opposite of this video. If you work your muscles, they will grow, hence bigger legs. I mean think about it. You ever see paraplegics in wheel chairs? They have no function in their legs, so they sit idle, and their lower limbs are so thin compared to the rest of their body. It's called muscle atrophy. So what you want to do is walk only and be at a calorie deficit.

@svalerie98 big calfes can also be from muscle tension and straining. I walk a lot and do a lot of standing and these helped with that. My muscles were so tight when I first started doing them, the ankle rotations actually started burning and hurting.

Like to remind me time - 1:16 Measurements: R - 15in L- 14.12in day 1:✅ hurt a little but felt nice day 2:✅ felt the same as yesterday calves felt tighter when massaging day 3:✅ didn't hurt that bad but just started period so I only did laying down part day 4:✅ the stretch felt really good today

I've been doing these exercises for like a month and I know it's not much but I lost an inch off both my calves. I usually did this video after my workouts because my calves are always really tensed then and through the day like when I can't sleep or on the sofa. It really works!! MD here, this is an amazing workout for lymph drainage (when your legs get swollen from long standing or sitting) however this won't help you reduce muscle size. If your calves look slimmer after this it's because you literally drained all excess lymph that collects in lower limbs through the day.Amazing video tho, I personally do it every day for relief in my muscles so 👍🏻.

day one: hurt a little. needed to stretch day two: was easier, hope to see a difference in a couple weeks day three: it burned but felt great day four: super easy, starting to see a difference day five: i can tell they’re getting smaller. and after doing this for a few days it’s getting easier and doesn’t hurt as bad day six: i’m sore haah but kept going day seven: i’m still sore but i lost 4 cm :) day eight: my shins hurt worse than my actual calf’s, but the stretches are finally becoming less painful. day nine: it’s getting easy but there’s still changes happening day ten: i doubled today’s workout so instead of doing ten point and stretch i did 20, instead of doing five each direction i did 10. day eleven: i hurt myself so i didn’t do it today :/ day twelve. i lost 5cm :) ⚠️no longer updating because you guys get the point but i will be continuing to do this workout because it worked well in my favor⚠️

I do it first thing in the morning every day because I feel I get the best results by doing it then. This workout hasn’t made my calves “way too skinny” but it has slowly been slimming them day by day. My calves almost looked kinda swollen before but now they look healthy and more “normal”, if that makes sense. Hopefully this helps :) (sorry for the late response!)

I’m gonna be doing this everyday during my June holidays :> I went by the video.. but for the exercises where you lift your leg, instead of just doing one leg at a time, I did both legs. Sooo basically I did twice of what she did for the lifted leg exercises. Start: 35cm at the biggest part of my calves Day 1: Done ! Day 2: Done ( it’s 34cm now OMG !! ) Day 3: Done ! ( Still 34cm ) Day 4: Done ! Day 5: Done ! ( it’s 33.7cm now !! ) Day 6: Done ! Day 7: Done ! Day 8: Done ! Day 9: Done ! ( It’s 33.5cm now ) Day 10: Rest day cuz I just got vaccinated and now I’m having headaches and body ache lol Day 11: Done ! It’s still 33.5cm

I am in the process of weight loss through healthy diet and gym. I will be doing this routine for a month. Before: -weight: 65kg height: 158cm -calves: 40cm(left) and 39cm(right) I know, I know, they big. update: I ended up doing different streching set by Gloria (from her 21 slim legs challenge). After 10 days I can see the slightest change-about 0.5 or less cm from both of my calves. I will keep doing them and come with another update at the end of the month.

I started today and I hope this works for fat calves. I did one minute every exercises. remember stretching can never lose fat, in terms of losing fat you will need to incorporate cardio which I'm pretty sure you already know! this workout is to be used after your cardio to stretch out the calves muscles and slimming them

starting this exercise and i PROMISE i will keep everyone updated! (although i may need reminders so maybe comment if i haven’t updated yet) i used to do other slim calves workouts but they just built muscle and now i have even bigger calves than i had to begin w 😭 i’m rlly hoping this will work!! Mon 10/16 - Pre workout: 12 1/4 in right leg, 12 1/2 in left leg After workout: 12 1/5 in right leg, 12 1/2 left leg Not a huge difference today, but I think I need to do it more than once a day lol and whenever I’m reading or on my phone i’ll lift my legs like she does. ill keep u posted! :) Edit: I AM SO SORRY I managed to injure my foot somehow and have been forced to take a break to allow it to heal 😭 i promise I Will get right back to updating asap, just gotta let my foot heal 🥹

Suffering from depression, I wasn't aware of how my body turned out. Good thing I have friends by my side and encourage me to lose some weight. From 40 kgs to 56 kgs. Did it once and it helped relieve the ache I have in my calves most of the time. Amazing, Thank you! I’ll measure my calves and do this regularly now

I'm gonna try this! My calves are sooo bulky because our school is full of stairs and my classes are always on the upper floors. Even the city roads are uphill. 😩 Hope this works!

Doing the knee fat burn workout along with this everyday for 14 days. I'll be updating this everyday and I will make a video once I'm done with the process! Lets's do this guys! Right calf: 30cm Left calf: 31cm DAY 1: Feels good! DAY 2: I loved it! DAY 3: Dead to the point I didn't wanna update lol DAY 4: I feel better when I walk, I like how it feels. DAY 5: Almost gave up. Totally worth the pain!

GUYSSS I WANNA TELL YOU THAT THIS WORKOUT ACTUALLY WORKS, I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR A WHILE BUT NONE OF THE WORKOUTS I DID GAVE ME GOOD RESULTS, AND I STARTED DOING THIS FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND ONCE A DAY. I AM SO HAPPY HONESTLY I WAS DISAPPOINTED AT FIRST BUT AFTER I SAW THE RESULTS ITS GIVING ME MOTIVATION AND I’LL KEEP GOING.
