Calories burned for this Workout: between 30 and 45, depending on your gender, weight and age.
Here is a quick and intensive fat loss workout which can be performed at the home, with no additional weights other than your body!
The reason why this routine is effective is because it works to gradually increase your heart rate and boosting your metabolism - which in turn will burn calories and fat for a few hours after you finished performing the workout.
I've been recommending a similar routine to all my coaching clients who want to burn calories quick, when time is of essence.

This is great! I have been gaining weight quite quick recently but I’m quite slim so this is helpful to lose a little bit and also maintain my weight thank you !

Started from today, with 3in1:belly, legs & thighs excercise: Day 1: Oh god...i am sweating like anything, but lost on star fish😞but also tried it atlast, will give my update after 1 week!! I recommend a 15 min run in the morning daily , drinking green tea and zumba in the evening and this workout in the night before bed. I tried it along with this and the results were amazeballs !!!

It was a good and effective exercise but In star jumps I was fully dead but It is a good exercise

D A Y 1: It was of course hard at first and I started at 175 ( i'm 11 btw) D A Y 2: I know i didnt record the past 3 days or so but i am sorry!! I didnt feel like it but i started getting used to it D A Y 3: i just felt lazy so i didnt do it D A Y 4: i tried it and on Thursday i will give yall a weight update!

Ok Today I did this. my weight is 68.7kg I'm trying to burn it off to 66.5kg, I have a lot of belly fat I'm trying to burn off the fat-cells ok let's get started. Day 1: - ✔️, I did this one a little bit early ha-ha, but day two is tomorrow, this is fun. Day 2: - Tomorrow (December 23rd). Day 3: - 24th Day 4: - 25th (early in the morning got family coming over to spend Christmas with. Day 5: - 26th Day 6: - 27th Day 7: - 28th. Day 8: - 29th Day 9: - 30th Day 10: - 31st Day 11: - 1st Day 12: - 2nd Day 13: - 3rd Day 14: - 4th Day 15: - 5th Day 16: - 6th Day 17: - 7th

I did this one today, It was the best thing ever, not to long but I finished; I weigh at 68.7kg, I feel like it dropped to 68.2kg on my first day.

I'm 14 too and my weight was 83.6kg, but after so much exercise and other stuff not I'm close to 77kg, I know that that's not that good, but when you start losing weight, you can feel yourself getting lighter ! There are some tips, which will probably help you, I guess so: *DISCLAIMER: I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL* 1. Eat in small bowls, cause they look like they have so much food in it, but you are actually eating less! 2. Play your favourite song ( with lots of beat) and freely dance to that after closing your door! So that you don't fell insecure! 3. Start with warm-ups and then move towards intense cardio! 4. Cut on sugar, carbs .... LET ME TELL YOU, THAT IF YOU ARE ADDICTED TO CHOCOLATE AND SWEET STUFFS, THIS MAY NOT SOUND EASY BUT YOU KNOW WHAT, WHEN YOU START LOSING WEIGHT, YOU WILL BE SELF MOTIVATED ENOUGH! ( AND I TRUST YOU THAT YOU CAN LOOSE WEIGHT CAUSE I CAME FROM THAT PHASE TOO!) 5. Many muscle sourness will come in the way, but I'm damn sure that , they will not stop you... 6. First 3 to 4 days will be hard ,but that will get better with time! Plus point: drink a lot of water! Whenever you feel lost , just think why you started!!! I know bout' bullying!!! Keep faith! I'm 105% sure that you can do this, let's take pledge to lose weight.... Be back here in one week and please update me bout' your stats.... If you would like to! * IF YOU WILL NOT START NOW, AFTER FEW MONTHS, YOU WILL BE MORE HEAVY, AND AFTER THAT STAGE, LOOSING WEIGHT WILLS SEEM IMPOSSIBLE* ALL THE BEST BUDDY!💛😀

I will try this ,promise to update Day 1 : i felt lighter but the burpees are so hard Day 2 : saw some little change and happy with it Day 3 : a little easier but no difference

Iqra my only nutrition advice when it comes to weight loss is this: Stay Away From Sugar And Stay Away From Grain. The secret to weight loss is consuming less calories than you burn. Adjust your diet accordingly and burn calories by working out with simple, body weight exercises like the ones you'll find on this channel. Good luck! 💪

Hey! it's difficult to tell exactly how much weight you will burn - that depend on many factors such as metabolism etc. But you may burn a few kilograms in one month (10-15 pounds). Good luck and keep working out! it's good that you exercise at this young age! ❤️💪

Well, we used the average statistical weight and height of humans. I think it’s something like 170cm and 62kg. Now the calories that you will burn depend on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. Yes, normally the calorie counter in the workouts will provide you with an estimated amount of calories that you will burn. But if you want the results to be tailored to your actual BMI, it's best to use your own calorie counter. Good luck and keep exercising for the best results!❤️💪

i have only did this workouts for a few times (let's say around 5 to 6 times) at the reccomendation of my close friend. It really torns me out, but I love it because of that!
