I second the community members who say today is the day that I dragged myself to workout. Boy! This should have been titled 'slow HIIT full body burnout for beginners' instead. So glad that I pushed through. Those controlled climbers and shoulder taps raps were a burner. I was pouring sweat from my forehead but pushed through them. Thank you once again Oliver and team nobadaddiction for this service to your community. Keep more like these coming please. Let do this one guys!!

Thousands of workout videos on youtube and i search only one name...oliver...my body loves your workout ...only thing is i can't do pushups even after trying so hard which irritates me a lot if it is a part of routine other than that every routine is just perfect.

100% for me, it was the same, but I started to do push-ups every day and started with easier ones, then progressed, and it helped me a lot. Now, I finally feel like I can fully complete workout💪

This absolutely not for beginners, before your guys want try this workout.. make sure built up your stamina first from other video video. And cameback here. I telling you hiit workout even its for beginners, its not for all beginners..
